I use to love this place when I lived around the area for a few years but the quality has recently worsened for a number of reasons. Firstly, the coffee was not hot when served- it was barely lukewarm, and they are often running out of their alternative milks. Additionally, the bathroom is consistently unclean- People seem to come in for bingsoo so maybe the quality of that is good but everything else is mediocre for its price

Since when is ordering a latte means ice latte? We ordered 2 lattes and the female behind the counter rang it up as Ice Lattes. Unless specifically stated as Ice Latte, isn't it automatically Hot Latte? The guy who the made Latte was super nice unlike the female behind the counter. And the Lattes (hot) were delicious. If the owner/manager is reading this, the female behind the counter had an attitude as soon as she was ringing up our order. No hello no greeting just an attitude. It was obvious she was not happy. This was Sunday 9/22/24 around 1:30.

This place was once renowned for its soft snow bingsu until 4-5 years ago. However, it appears that the management may have changed after covid. The current service is unprofessional, the staff lacks maturity, and the cleanliness of the tables leaves much to be desired, as they are often dirty and sticky. Most notably, the quality of the bingsu has declined significantly.
Despite noticing these changes post-covid, I continued to visit out of loyalty. However, after my most recent experience, where I was served a watery, unappetizing milky liquid instead of the famous soft and fluffy milk shaved ice, I will no longer be returning. It is disappointing to see a once-acclaimed establishment fall to this level.

DO NOT GET an iced vanilla latte from here. I got one to go, but they make the vanilla lattes with artificial powder in a blender and not vanilla syrup. It tastes more like a bad protein shake and has no taste of the espresso. Their americano/cold brew should be better, but the staff don’t seem like they know anything about making coffee.

Rudest service ever. Didn’t even get to order because the staff were unbelievable. The place wasn’t busy and the two staff members were talking to each other not caring about our presence or doing anything. When we asked them if they were ready for us. The cashier did not even take our order and interrupted us while we were trying to say our order with “anything else” rudely.

I visited this store a few years ago and found both the shaved ice desserts and the environment to be fresh and quite good. However, this recent visit was very disappointing. The service quality has declined significantly, and the tables were sticky with dirty chairs,the wall paint was peeling, and there was urine on the bathroom floor. The chair I sat on was wobbly and seemed ready to break. Additionally, the shaved ice, which used to be reasonably priced, is now $25. Regrettably, I don't think I'll be returning to this place. Please tidy the place and clean it up.
