The owner seems like she has overworked and under paid and wants to go home. The bubble was hard and the drink was too sweet and most importantly taiyakis seemed to be starving so it was super thin and skinny :(

Was trying to order a churro and a middle aged woman taking my order was very unprofessional and rude to me. I would give 0 stars if I could as I simply felt unwelcome, I see other reviews complaining about same person. If you don't want to be kind I'm not sure why your working in service and how you still maintain working there.

I was so excited to try this walnut pastry because i was craving it. But then as soon as i bit into it, it was so dry inside it felt like it was kept made for a very long time… very disappointed. the coffee was good though…

Ordered a slice of cheesecake for $7 for delivery. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. The slice was two whole bites. Called the store and they could not care less. No pictures on app to reflect the size of the rip off they are going to give you.

Every time I visit this store, I have noticed a particular female staff member being unfriendly to all the customers (but have tried to brush it off). Today, however, she went out of her way to act rudely towards me, leaving me feeling extremely uncomfortable. After reading other reviews, it seems that many other people have pointed out her attitude as a problem as well. This really shows there is an issue here. Why work here if you only want to put others down and make them feel bad about themselves?
