We ordered earl grey cake and they gave us a strawberry cake. We are allergic to strawberry so we contact the store to see if they able to give us a credit for the wrong cake as we live over 3 hours away and unable to go back to the store for an exchange. All they said was sorry for the error and we must bring the cake back for an exchange and no refunds. I'm like really... you guys made a mistake and now because I live too far and it's too bad so sad? Every time we shop for desserts, we normally spend over $100... I'm glad to take my money elsewhere. Cakes are mediocre and this place lack customer service. they don't care if they messed up your order. I would recommend to go elsewhere.

This is my favorite bakery in Palisades Park! They have lots of varieties to choose from. If you want savory or sweet, they have it. They have new creations all time that keeps me coming back to try them. They also offer Korean cafe food and brunch but I have yet to try those. Whenever I'm in the area in the mornings, I always stop in for a croissant and coffee. They can get pretty busy so the ambiance is not the most comfortable at times when it's crowded. During odd hours on weekdays, it's a create place to come to get some work done and enjoy a nice drink and pastry. It's party of a small commercial complex with a few parking space available to customers.

Disappointing Cake Order Experience Ordered a cake for a special occasion, but received one with the wrong color and poorly executed details. Packaging was also a mess. The cake tasted bland with overly buttery cream and lacked sweetness. Couldn't even get assistance from the manager, as they were absent, and the cafe employee was unable to address my complaint. Overall, not recommended for cake orders.

Your experience REALLY depends on who’s working the register.I went a couple times before today and it was top notch - my dalgona matcha was perfect, service was fast. Today, I ordered a dalgona milk tea with soy milk and there were BARELY any dalgona pieces, and there was confusion on just taking my order. It’s fine though, the worker was in training but the girl with the glasses who was training could’ve been nicer (to me AND the new worker).Overall, the pastries and drinks are good but the customer service varies extremely. The owner should really look into that.

First of all, the bread is REALLY delicious. If you want a calm, relaxing place...you will have to go to another place. It's a bit noisy. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. But some of them can be a little rude. I would recommend this bakery to any person from any country. If you want to try traditional Korean pastries, you should come here! :-)

I ordered a cake online, but the money was spent and it wasn't ready on the day... The cake made that day even had implants inside. The staff said it was normal for there to be nothing. Only the front desk said they were sorry, but the person in charge passed the blame on. It seems like only the people working at the front are having a hard time. I don't know what's going on inside.
