Some tables inside but mostly are take outs. Their drinks are very consistent. Boba is well prepared, sweet with great texture. We had Thai milk tea + boba, dirty brown sugar + boba and oolong + boba. I suggest 30%-50% sugar.
My daughter got a boba tea keychain. Cute merchandise for kids.

Gong Cha always has fresh tastes to their menu. I like how this location is connected to the Hmart shopping center. You shop, you stop by Gong Cha before or afterwards.
My current favorite is the dirty brown sugar bubble tea. Less ice, no sugar (or less sugar).
Friendly staff, parking is accessible in the main lot. It may be hard to find the place, make sure turn the corners to avoid missing it. All payments accepted. Download the Gong Cha app if you haven't downloaded it already.

I ordered 4 drinks with less ice and all of them tasted watered down. No one finished their drink from here - it was quite literally the worst boba I've had .... I order from here frequently but today was such a disappointment. Won't be returning - there's a lot of other options in the area that are consistent

There is no way to contact the owner, so I am leaving a hasty review. It's fine when you order at a kiosk and pay with a physical card, but when you pay with Apple Pay, it seems like your card information is hacked. I'm a person who goes to Everyday and buys pearl milk tea. Since last week, if you pay there with Apple Pay, cashback sites automatically send it to you within 20-30 minutes. Payment is made!! I'm letting you know because I don't think it's a coincidence as it's the third time today. I think you need to contact the head office and reset the kiosk system!!

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. The staff member was on her phone the whole time and told me to go to a kiosk to place my order when no customers were in there. She didn’t even tell me why I had to go to a kiosk to place the order. She took orders of 3 customers that came in and did not tell them to place order at the kiosk. I waited awhile for my drink and it was very disappointing how those 3 customers who came in after me received their drinks first and left before I did. I will be going to the Fort Lee and/or Englewood Gong Cha instead for better service and professionalism.

my drink today was superrrr sweet even tho i ordered 70% sweetener. it felt like 200% sweet. also workers overfilled my drink and wiped it down with brown paper towel! the lid wasn’t even on but my cold foam was practically touched with paper towel.
