There is no way to contact the owner, so I am leaving a hasty review. It's fine when you order at a kiosk and pay with a physical card, but when you pay with Apple Pay, it seems like your card information is hacked. I'm a person who goes to Everyday and buys pearl milk tea. Since last week, if you pay there with Apple Pay, cashback sites automatically send it to you within 20-30 minutes. Payment is made!! I'm letting you know because I don't think it's a coincidence as it's the third time today. I think you need to contact the head office and reset the kiosk system!!

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. The staff member was on her phone the whole time and told me to go to a kiosk to place my order when no customers were in there. She didn’t even tell me why I had to go to a kiosk to place the order. She took orders of 3 customers that came in and did not tell them to place order at the kiosk. I waited awhile for my drink and it was very disappointing how those 3 customers who came in after me received their drinks first and left before I did. I will be going to the Fort Lee and/or Englewood Gong Cha instead for better service and professionalism.

my drink today was superrrr sweet even tho i ordered 70% sweetener. it felt like 200% sweet. also workers overfilled my drink and wiped it down with brown paper towel! the lid wasn’t even on but my cold foam was practically touched with paper towel.
Very disorganized during busy times. The staff is working hard but not efficiently. The drinks are good but order ahead to avoid the long wait during busy times.

Went there when it wasn’t even busy and still waited 30 minutes for my order. I ordered a lychee SLUSH, but it came out watery, and it was just pure juice. The workers did not know what they were doing; I saw them struggle to get the right amount in the cup, and they messed up two times :((. The lady there asked me after waiting in line for 10 minutes to order on the digital board instead to serve her friend that was waiting in line behind me. I was going to go back to get new drinks, but I assumed that she was a new worker because she messed up our drinks so many times!!!

We always go at Gong Cha for dessert whenever we're in the area. Place is clean, comfy seating with accessible outlets for charging. Staff and service always 5-star. Special shout out to Chris - I accidentally spilled my order today. Totally my fault and I apologized for the mess. Felt so bad bec its one more thing they need to clean during busy hours. I stayed for a bit longer as I wait for my family, apologized again to Chris who cleaned the spill. A minute later he served me complementary bubble tea as replacement for my drink . Great customer service. ? Will come back always.
