I would be glad if the boy worker stops making the customers feel uncomfortable with his attitude.

I was visiting my brother and sister in law whom live in Palisades Park. This Gong Cha was about a 7 minute walk from their home so location is great! I've had the pleasure of trying Gong Cha bubble tea in various locations, including Manhattan and Brooklyn in New York, Seattle, California, and Toronto. Regardless of the city, Gong Cha consistently delivers a delightful bubble tea experience.Gong Cha's extensive menu offers a wide range of flavors, from classic milk teas to innovative fruit teas.Have been to this location in particular before and will return to any that's nearby !

I'm genuinely surprised this place is only rated 3 stars. While the wait can get a bit long, especially when school lets out, it's clearly a hotspot for the younger crowd. However, I've always had positive interactions with the staff, who are not only friendly but also offer great recommendations. It's a cozy spot for enjoying milk tea and catching up with friends and family.Speaking of milk tea, Gong cha always has a wide array of options. Sometimes, I like to venture into the seasonal offerings, but in the summer, you can't go wrong with their frozen slushes. As for year-round favorites, taro and matcha are classics for a reason. You can save the Oreo crumbs for my wife!

This is first review I have ever written to let ppl know how bad this store is.I'm a big fan of Gong Cha, but this is worst store I have ever visit.Food, I added 30% of sugar, but it comes out 100%.Complained but they insist they made correct drink. No way...Atmosphere, it's was not busy at all. Only a couple of customers are waiting, but I had to wait more than 20 Min to receive a cup of ice tea.I hope others reading this do not have the same bad experience as me.

Quick service, insightful staff who prepared the boba tea within minutes of the order. Price is between 4-6 dollars which is reasonable. I would definitely go back.Parking: few parking spots on a busy street.

I don’t go to Gong Cha much because of the expensive prices, but the drinks were a delight! I LOVED the star jellies, super cute and we decided to bring a cup of them home.

Drinks were nice, per usual, but the music was so loud the server couldn't hear my repeated order and conversation was difficult.
