Oh really... I usually only leave positive reviews, but this is my third time. The part-time worker who only packs the food when the boss is away seems careless. I packed two packs after work today, but one had a crack at the bottom of the cup and almost all of it leaked out. I also put it in my tea. Ugh... Yogurt is good because it has a clean taste, but other chain stores are probably similar, right?

Food: This location is the Hey Yogurt outlier. The consistency of the yogurt is off compared to other locations in NYC, Fort Lee, Hoboken and Ridgewood. My best guess is that they’re putting too much ice and at the end what you’re drinking is too watery. And I mean, way too watery. I have noticed the other Hey Yogurt locations measure the weight when adding the ice, I would assume to make sure the consistency is right. I suggest to do the same.
Service: Normally service is okay. On one occasion, I literally tasted the hard shell of the lychee. When I went back to tell the staff they were nice enough to make it again for me. However, the result was worse. I tasted even more of the hard shell of the lychee. I went back again and told the staff. They told me that their lychee is different from Fort Lee. Very disappointing.

Atmosphere: One occasion with group of teenagers, listening to very loud music. I mean they were blasting it!

I’m a big hey yogurt fan but this location is the worse I’ve ever been to.

I would avoid this location and would say to the management that it’s ruining the Hey Yogurt brand.

Have many flavors, lychee, pineapple, mango, strawberry, Oreo, etc. I had lychee, low sugar option. It was still sweet. Would appreciate if flavor was purely coming from fruit instead of mixed of fruit and syrup.

We got our yogurts and I liked the purple rice flavor. But I think the atmosphere and service could be better.

I was with my family and we were enjoying ourselves and our beverages. There weren’t any tables, but there was a little window nook where we were sitting. After about 5 minutes we were told that “dine-in” wasn’t allowed and we should leave. We didn’t even finish our drinks. It was also raining outside.

I get it — it was high school employees enforcing store policies so I don’t blame them. I just don’t understand why they are trying to create that type of atmosphere.

There were 5 kids working there for a takeout service and they were blasting explicit music at 3pm.

Just go to the location in fort lee.

I had a pineapple for the first time here. It was not bad . I don't know if this price almost $7 for this quantity.

My favorite drink place in town. Healthy option for dessert. Sometimes, this yogurt replaces my meal. I have them 3~4 times a week. It is that good.
They also have a cheesecake, but it is pretty expensive. I wouldn't pay that much for a cheecake. Anyways, I really recommend this place for their yogurt drinks.

I don't often leave reviews. I'm sorry, and I'm so grateful that I can't leave this. I ordered three items, but my eldest child's mango order was wrong, so I went back to the store and told them. They explained that they had accidentally put the wrong sticker on because there were a lot of customers. However, when the child who tasted it explained that it tasted like peach and not mango, they made it again. He came back and tried it and said it tasted the same as the first time he got it. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our mistake, and are writing this review to thank you for the friendly service.

The yogurt here is delicious and the fruit tastes fresh. My favorite is the strawberry yogurt, which has a nice balance of the fruit and yogurt taste. The dragonfruit yogurt is also good but has a lighter fruit flavor. The strawberry mango yogurt was also very good but mainly tastes like mango. The service has been fast the past couple times I was there. Heads-up that this location is take-out only!

If you’re looking for something tasty, Hey Yogurt’s the spot! They have a variety of flavors. (I recommend the peach) The staff is really friendly and it’s very clean. It’s definitely a must visit place.
