I love this place so much, it’s literally bringing back the Japanese noodle shops, it’s currently closed and I need to know why and when they’ll reopen😭

Super yummy and casual dining spot! The tonkatsu and chicken karaage were so flavorful and juicy - I highly recommend this hole in the wall!
I had a wonderful experience, my waitress was so friendly and attended to us quickly when needed. The food was brought quickly and was delicious I highly suggest the Tonkatsu Ramen it was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing and not overstimulating at all.
Ramen was incredible
This place is literally a hole in a wall but it is actually decent. The place is small, cozy and limited seatings. We gotten some appetizers and a rice bowl and ramen bowl. It was good.
Wow! This place is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic and the staff is very kind. I keep coming back for more. You've got to try this place!
It was better and less salty than the Fortlee version.

I entered at 12am on a Sunday. The first impression of tendon and ramen was the neat and pretty decoration, which raised expectations. The tendon was fried at a low oil temperature, so the batter consumed too much oil, making the thick fries very greasy. Is it because we are the first guests? The tonkotsu ramen did not have the unique aroma of tonkotsu, and only tasted salty and spicy, so it was disappointing that it only seemed to take into account the tastes of female customers. The temperature of the ramen was also not hot, perhaps due to the added toppings, so it did not bring out the charm of tonkotsu. However, using back ribs instead of chashu seemed like a good idea for male customers. I am hesitant to leave a review due to regret. I would like to visit again if it can be improved, but I also think it may be a matter of my personal preference.

My wife and I usually go to Brooklyn for Ramen, but after trying this spot, there’s no need to make the trip anymore. Great service, great price, and great ramen.

Decent japanese Ramen restaurant in the heart of palisades park. I have no complaints about its taste and they give a free bottle of water . I just wish it would be more authentic 😪
