I entered at 12am on a Sunday. The first impression of tendon and ramen was the neat and pretty decoration, which raised expectations. The tendon was fried at a low oil temperature, so the batter consumed too much oil, making the thick fries very greasy. Is it because we are the first guests? The tonkotsu ramen did not have the unique aroma of tonkotsu, and only tasted salty and spicy, so it was disappointing that it only seemed to take into account the tastes of female customers....

We ordered dinner and everything came well-packaged and delicious. We always enjoy ordering from here and are never disappointed with the taste. I highly recommend the tonkatsu set!

My wife and I usually go to Brooklyn for Ramen, but after trying this spot, there’s no need to make the trip anymore. Great service, great price, and great ramen.

Ramen + sushi roll $23, can’t beat that
