In the past, I went there with my mother-in-law, and she asked me for a pair of chopsticks, but she didn't even look at me and just tapped the chopsticks! I got angry at her ignoring her, so I said something and didn't go for a while. Today, I bought seasoned perilla leaves and other things, but the perilla leaves smelled bad, so I called her. . Since I work in the same industry, I usually don't write reviews, but I feel so bad that I can't just pass it up.They told me they couldn't refund something that didn't suit the customer's taste, so it wasn't a matter of taste. It had a disgusting smell that shouldn't have been there, so I asked if they used other spices or something like that when seasoning, and they said it was just a seasoning smell. After eating one, it was so disgusting that I couldn't eat it, so I asked to exchange it for another one, and they immediately asked me in an annoyed voice, "How much are the perilla leaves?" I said it was $5.52.Oh, please bring it back (as if asking how much it costs), but I feel really bad. What kind of services are there?Isn’t $5 money???I don't know how much money I made while running the banquet hall for a long time, but isn't that how I talk to customers?I don't even live in Palpak, but I wonder if I should go exchange a 5.52 won worth of perilla leaves, but I get so angry that I think I'll go and throw it away.After writing the review, I thought I threw away the 5.52 coins on the street and I don't want to go to Jingogae anymore.

I am the person who bought stir-fried pork and vegetable bibimbap yesterday on November 25th. When I was making a bowl of vegetable bibimbap, a hair came out (picture attached). Take care of your hygiene...I lost my appetite...so I threw it all away.

Found long hair in the seaweed muchim (bokkum) I bought today.

Found hair in the food I bought today. Spent 60+$ on multiple banchans and found a long brown hair in the seaweed muchim (bokkum).
We come here for one thing really-kimchi! We get a large container of if for about $20. It's so delicious. I'm no expert but this is the best kimchi I've ever had. It's only been a day since we've purchased it and we've done some some damage already. Everyone has been pleasant when checking us out. Will continue to return when we run out.

First, they sold expired pumpkin porridge for half the price. I also bought rice cakes and specifically asked them if they have peanuts because my SO has a peanut allergy, and they said no they don’t use peanuts. Guess what, my SO had an allergic reaction after ingesting a bite of the rice cake.If you do use peanuts, even if it’s in powder form or oil, or actual nuts, please let your consumers know with transparency!

This place never fails to delight me when I visit Palisades Park - usually for the fabulous jimjilbang ?♀️ They have light prepared food that is wonderfully tasty. Last night, I found glass noodles that I combined with stir fried anchovies - a dream ? and also indulged in the lightest rice flour pancake rolls filled with shrimp, lettuce, pineapple, and avocado ??? Great place for a quick and healthy food fix.

I bought 2 side dishes from here, took it home and started eating them and first I thought they were doused in vinegar but lord and behold, both were spoiled. This experience left me with a stomachache and rash on my body. Buyers beware!
