Tried many Korean BBQ this one is the best! Came in on a rainy day and ordered beef combo. We were amazed by the portion that came out, and all of the food the was just cooked to the perfection. The staff were even more amazing - they are super nice, attentive and considerate, who made experience very pleasant! Would definitely come back again!

The food was all so delicious. As for the service, from what I've seen, the staff aren't good at English, so you might misunderstand it when you first hear it.The price seems to be quite reasonable.

Always love Korean BBQ but never any great ones close to us so we drive up north which is about an hour but it’s so worth it. The quality of the meat is so amazing and the banchans are great as well as the service!

Came on a whim and not disappointed. We got the premium beef package and the blank steak is where it's at. The small dishes were great and the table comes with an iced tea. Service was super friendly and they cooked all the meats for you. Even though most booths had partitions it was still fairly noisy. But overall a good time had by all.

Great way to experience Korean bbq - the assorted appetizers/sides on the table were amazing for my son's birthday celebration. We ordered 2 combos of beef and pork. Was excellent!

I live 3 hours away in upstate NY. I first came her maybe 6 years ago when it was a Baek Jeong. I have to say it never disappoints. Came here on a Sunday with my wife and were sat quickly. THE FOOD HITS SO HARD!!!! I got the galbi tang with rice option and for bbq we ordered the marinated galbi and samgyeopsal. I’ve learned to not over order. Still this was a massive amount of food. The banchan is a good variety. If you want more you definitely need to ask. All in all it was a great experience. I had to drop a 5 star review because before I went I checked the hours and was surprised they only had a 4.1???? This place in my opinion should be a definite 4.5-4.6.

Jeong Yook probably ranks in the top 3 Korean bbq restaurants in NJ. This restaurant is equipped with huge parking lot and in/out of the parking lot is a breeze if you are driving. Service is always top notched and the quality of meats (they have wet aged steak at very elevated price) can be matched by only several other Korean bbq restaurants. But let me talk about their lunch special. I had beef rib soup and spicy beef soup during lunch time today (2/12/24) and oh boy, I was extremely satisfied. Beef bone broth was extremely rich, which can only be accomplished by restaurants that sell a lot of bbq meats (meaning a lot of left over parts). The rice was not cooked on a stone bowl, but it was usually cooked on an aluminum bowl, which was perfectly cooked and featured awesome texture. Banchan was not extravagant, but all were tasty. And the complimentary fried fish (whiting) was a pleasant surprise. But I was most impressed with the value. Under less than $40, two mid-aged Korean connoisseurs were stuffed! That $40 included tax, tip and 5% cash discount. I am coming back here soon.

Been here many many times. Today the service is horrible - we want to take away the food and am told I cannot have multiple containers. I should fit all smal leftover portion into 2 boxes. One of the dish is short rib soup. I want to take away the bones for my dog and also soup. he gave me a shallow container - im like how can the bones fit in there. he looks at me and judged: YOU WANT THE BONES TOO?!!! i dont know why my ask is inapproriate and this guy is horrible

My go to K-BBQ spot in NJ. Their beef BBQ combo is a must try for those trying K-BBQ for the first time. Good selection of cuts + soup + egg souffle. Great value.. hint hint.I don’t recommend ‘dry-aged’ beef for K-BBQ. Here, fats are not collected, rather dripped through mesh while grilling, drying out the meat a bit too much. Leave the dry-aged beef to cast iron pan…Overall, highly recommended!
