Little Spanish guy around 9pm working by himself is extremely rude and I asked him for a dollar in quarters laugh in my face said no then like “why do you need quarters” like non of your business why I need them but at least just say politely hey sorry I can’t. And I bought a little box of banana milk for $3.25 crazy expensive for nothing…..

Nearly $20 for a rice bowl and $6 for an iced coffee - expensive, and new prices are not always updated on the menu. when I pointed this out, they just pointed to a sign that says "all prices are subject to changes without notice"...

Today, there was a super friendly female employee who spoke both English and Korean. The kudossant and especially the Iced Signature Kudo House Coffee tasted great. But the really pleasant service was even better.

The staff was friendly and there were many menus. It was hot but it was cool inside and the ice on cheese mango shaved ice was soft and delicious. There were quite a few people inside, but it would be nice to be able to enjoy it comfortably with the proper noise and the bathroom was clean!
