The service was terrible. We came at midnight seeing that they closed at 3am. There was no AC. Just one fan and a dehumidifier for the entire restaurant during peak summer… After 40 mins, when we were ordering, the manager told us to hurry up because they were closing. He told us not to order certain items because they “took too long” to prepare.
We were the only patrons in the restaurant. He seemed more focused on closing the restaurant 2 hours early than taking our business.

we came in party of 7 at 12:50 and the first thing he said is we close at 2 ok? google says 3
the owner came to us to take our order and we asked what's good and popular and he responded with an attitude saying you need to hurry up and order.....lol we were the only table there 🤣
while we were waiting for the food we were playing a game just having a good time and he came by and said can you guys stop that?
we told him to just make our food togo and we got outta there

Unfortunately, these folks have a lot of work to do in the service department! The food was OK. Took a while for the food to come out also. However, at the end of the day the tip reflected the terrible service. Once they realized, they made a huge fuss about it and for a business that depends on great service and customer service, they fall into the triple negative category. I do NOT recommend!
Updated Response: This is Interesting, You most definitely have the wrong person you are responding to. Your response is actually not for me. It seems you have your ex customers mixed-up. Im just sorry another person had to deal with the same difficulties I did. SMH. However, I wish you were this attentive when I was in the restaurant. That would have been a great way to EARN your keep. Great Service = Great Tip! Terrible Service = Tip is reduced. Fair Enough. Learning this ensures success! Good Luck. I love this place!!! It’s my go to whenever I want to eat something late with friends. The customer service is always top notch and the food is yummy and good portions. It’s my third time eating here and I will surely keep coming back.
Terrible chicken - I only write reviews for the truly great or truly horrible. Admittedly, I've only tried this place once and one dish, but it was truly horrible. I ordered the boneless dark meat chicken. At $18 I didn't think I needed to pay a few extra dollars to get the chicken 'tossed' in a sauce (maybe that could make a small difference). I couldn't tell what I was eating by the look of it, nor could I tell by the taste. It was ultra dry, stringy, chewy, and just tasted bad no matter what dipping sauce I used.

I ordered fried wings and BBQ wings from Seoul Chicken, and I have to say, they were the best wings I’ve had in a long time! The fried wings were perfectly crispy, while the BBQ wings had a delicious smoky flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The wings arrived fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend if you’re craving amazing wings!
