Pho 32 closes at 9:30 PM, and we arrived just after 9 PM. Despite the nearing closing time, the owner, Kwon, graciously allowed us to dine. Throughout our meal, he never rushed us or did anything similar, patiently waiting as we finished. This was exceptionally considerate, as some restaurants often refuse patrons so close to closing and tend to rush them during their meal. The soup here was also delicious. Given the chance, we would definitely visit again. 감사합니다 Kwon :)

Located on the second floor of Rodeo Plaza. Wonderful service and absolutely delicious food. We got the mara spicy seafood pot to share for $19 and still brought some home. Huge portions. Loved it so much!

had to wait for chopsticks and spoon after the food came out.. there were only 4 tables.. nothing busy .. two waiters.. pho noodle came out with almost no soup.. really bad thr noodles were getting worse already with almost no soup.. and then came the appetizer i ordered which was spring roll.. came with half burned half overfried.. really really bad kitchen staff messing both the appetizer and their main dish “pho” im never coming back here hope this helps people after me! the worst pho experience ever

Ambiance: (4/5) Great seating, just keep in mind it's within a shopping mall type of building. It is a bit hard to find. Price: (4/5) Prices are fairly average for the area. Food: (3/5) I really like the side of kimchi, but the pho was lackluster. There was no flavor in the broth. The beef has some flavor which saved it, but even after adding spices and some of the leftover kimchi I was letting wanting more flavor. Service: (3/5) Food came out quick but no one checked up for water, so I was portioning out how much water I drank so I didn't run out.

An eclectic Asian cacophony upstairs on the second floor of an Asian shopping center. The pho was fine. A traditional light and delicate flavor. The accompaniment of kimchi banchan was a bold, punchy addition to contrast the soothing embrace of the pho. The shabu shabu was seemingly non-existent from the menu, despite the name on the door. And the pad thai had a perplexing sweet and tangy funk to it that has you questioning whether it was an intentional decision. Thought provoking and bizarre. The chicken rubbery and devoid of flavor. That said, the portions are large and the value is good.

TLDR: Don't take this 3 star as a bad sign. I like this for what it is. Which is just affordable decent pho. Served us quickly, the broth was not the most flavorful but everything was super clean. Their kimchi was SOOOO good, the random star of the show. I came during lunch and I only saw pho on the menu, I have no comment on the Shabu Shabu portion of this.Food:Pho- Clean and light. A little lacking in flavor but not really in a bad way. I made it my own with a lot of added chili spice Appetizer Sampler- Everything was fine and slightly forgettable. Banchan- Their Kimchi is so good I wanted to ask them what they use or how they make it so I can get some

This place is great! They're very generous with the portion and their grilled pork chop is the bombbb.

I was a bit surprised to see a few negative reviews. Of course, it can be all personal preference, but I have been a patron of Pho32 more than 15 years. My son's definition of pho began with its Brisket and Flank Pho.My favorites are Grilled Pork & Egg Roll Vermicelli Bowl and Spring Roll with shrimp. You can order Grilled BBQ Pork Chop as a side or main entree. Sometimes it needs more sauce, so you can make sure when you order.I was never disappointed, with the exception of Wednesdays - it is closed!
