Clean environment. No ick. I felt comfortable selecting my own food from the shelves. Enough soup bases to give pause - but a big hint, it's what you cook in your pot that makes a difference. Great selection of veggies, assorted seafood and meatballs, tofu in about 8 forms, and 3 chaffing trays of hot foods. Great for occasional vegans and fulltime carnivores. If that's not enough, then add extra meats and seafood. Finally, a huge selection of sauces to make it yours....
