By far my fave kbbq spot. The meats are high quality and the servers are always very friendly. Their marinated short ribs and house special spicy pork are my absolute faves. Love how the charcoal flavor gets into the meat. Their mool nengmyun (buckwheat noodles in a cold broth) compliments their bbq meats really well, and their broth is the real deal. The Korean-style beef tartare (over seasoned sushi rice) is phenomenal and my must-eat every time I go.
The food here is amazing!! I literally dream about the food here, the charcoal grill is a game changer. They recently renovated the place and added bright lights but maybe they should dim it a little, at least at night.
SB K-BBQ was recommended to me by a close friend, and it absolutely delivered. After visiting Seoul and Jeju this past April, my family and I had been craving authentic Korean BBQ—and this place brought us right back.
The quality of the meat is outstanding. The moksal (pork neck) and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are cut thick—just as thick, if not thicker, than what we had in Korea. Grilled over real charcoal, the flavor is rich and smoky, enhancing every bite.
