Lack of computer quality issues and sanitation issues, slow WiFi. I would rather just play game at my house instead

It used to be a place where I spent most of my days.But every time I come back, whole computers need to update DOTA2 and the game does not work if i update the computers also. I tried talking to the employees but they say they can't do anything. It will probably remain a place I will never visit again

If I want to pay with a debit card, do I have to spend a minimum of $10? There are definitely better places than this...

I drove 1 hour to get here. I already call before hands asking if you have single player game.

When i arrive, they say i got call of duty as single player, turns out it was call of duty war zone. It’s a Multiplayer game.

Ok no problem. So i’m gonna play GTA V then.

Only to finds out that they didn’t download it and i wasted my gas driving here

I have been here several times, hoping for a decent gaming experience, but every visit has been nothing short of frustrating. The primary issue is the noise level—specifically, the obnoxious yelling from people playing FPS games. I won't mention specific race but they don't use English and they're not Asian. (tbh I don't know what ethnicity they are but it's CRAZY)

It’s not just an occasional outburst; it's a constant barrage of loud, disruptive voices. Each time I go, there are groups of players who seem to think they own the place, shouting at the top of their lungs. The noise is so intense that it travels through my friends' mics, making it nearly impossible to focus or communicate effectively in our own games.

I understand that this is a public place where everyone pays to play, but that doesn't mean some patrons should be allowed to ruin the experience for others. There needs to be better management and enforcement of noise levels to ensure a more enjoyable environment for all customers.

Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent gaming experience. It’s a shame because the facilities themselves are decent and worker is nice, but the uncontrolled noise makes it unbearable.

To the owner: you gotta keep things in control. Please.
