My daughter had her birthday party here and we all had so much fun. My daughter and her friends had a great time playing together. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly! They also set up decorations and balloons which was awesome! We would definitely recommend!

My family and I went there to play Destiny 2, however, it wasn't downloaded on the computer. Despite this, we decided to play other games, but almost everything gave an error. The variety of games is trash. They only had certain downloaded games like Overwatch, CSGO, etc... but nothing else which was also a letdown because if you wanted to play comfort games, you would not have that option. We had driven 1 hr 20 mins to be there and met with disappointment. On the upside, there are a lot of computers, there was a good variety of ramen and the entire place/setup was clean.

What I want from this internet cafe: Upgrade my damn computerReview: The service was good, but the computer, which is the most important thing in an internet cafe, was disappointing. Every time I played a game, the FPS would not exceed 100 and it was not comfortable.The CPU installed long before this place opened and the RAM in some seats were very old. The graphics card was fine, but the keyboard, some mice, and some headsets were problematic and some didn't work. My old keyboard went from a better keyboard with the K68 to a less durable G.SKILL keyboard.The simple specifications of the computer here are:RYZEN 2600DDR4 16GB RAMThese are GTX 1080, RTX 2070, and RTX 3060.

I visit from my country to experience America. I was never able to play PC. Until I see this place. Morning staff always service me very well, I come to play games, young man at counter always make sure I pleased. Whenever I leave this place I, have happy ending.

It's a very amazing place, it's clean, and when you have problems with your computer, the guy working there in the morning finds a way to fix it very quickly, he fixes it in the blink of an eye, when there was no sound coming out of the headset. I don't know why there can be more people like this in a computer cafe who are kind and take care of customers as soon as possible when there is a problem.

I went there Dec, 18 mon 2pm. The staff is really unfriendly. My computer sound kept turning off. So I turned on. But it turned off again. And turned on and turned off again like more than 10times. I was stressed but I was playing game so I ignore about sound and just played. After that game I asked to staff but he said your speaker was so loud. He turned off my speaker continuously in master pc. And then just said what? Your computer sound was so loud? Is that what you‘re going to say? So I said You can come to my seat and tell me. But he ignored me. LOL Is this the attitude that staff should do? Last time, I had a long dispute with that staff about All Day Pass. That was also a lot of stress for me, but I passed it thinking that He might not know because He is a new employee, but I don’t think what happened this time was because he was a new staff. That staff deliberately turned off the speaker at least 10 times without giving any notice before I went to talk. And even when I go and talk, he ignored me. I said “If you come and warn me, won‘t I control the sound?” But he didn’t say anything and I don’t remember well but just watched his phone. And also use phone and Bluetooth earphone while talking customer? His attitude toward customer was terrible. Don‘t take it lightly. I think he needs retrain about attitude for customer. Found this place years ago when the other place in fort lee closed if you know you know. Have been coming to this place with my friends for years and have spent thousands of dollars all together and it wasn't bad a couple years ago but nowadays all the pcs freeze during the games if you are playing competitive matches you are gonna get banned internet is always laggy chairs are all broken. I start a game my q button doesn't work i grab another one another button doesn't work same thing with the headsets. Also happened on a couple different occasions my remaining time got drained from my account and couldn't do anything about it. Overall this place became horrible and there is no other place around really.
Has so bad mouse pasd and frequent internet disconnection is driving me nuts

Overall, it is great, except the games are not updated in PC, so you ended up waiting to download and patch for 20, 30 min every time you come. You pay and spend your time updating their games. The best thing is all download and update you did will be gone when the PC turns off. Great Service indeed. Avoid here until the store fixes this issue.

I just found out about this cafe and it’s been a blast so far if you plan on staying there all day I recommend getting the all day pass $20 m-f and $25 ss. This means you can game from 12pm-3am without anyone bothering you. Food prices also aren’t bad but I suggest using cash because card is minimum $10. Food is also brought over to you when you order which is also nice. The pcs run every game smooth and the setup feels great to use. If you run into any problems the staff will help you immediately. No need to worry about loud people either because you get kicked out if yell, bang, or scream. Not much else to say has been a great experience so far if you’re a big gamer ask about the membership packages.
