My review is based on the one dish I tried which was #17 Ojinguh Dolsotbap. My first bite was the edge of the fried egg. It was delightfully crispy and infused with plenty of wok hei ❤️. The squid was tender and fresh, not overly chewy. The dish overall was packed with flavor and the spiciness was just right. U chun surpassed my expectations for a small stall inside of H-mart.
Food is flavorful but on the sweeter side for any dishes with spicy seasoning. I wish korean restaurants would stop adding so much sugar to all of their seasoning. The broth for their bone soup was very good.
I went there last month too. It's a place I always go to whenever I visit New Jersey. It's a hot day and I'm leaving a review for Yucheon Naengmyeon Thoughts. It's delicious?
