Bacio’s in Palmyra, NJ is truly a hidden gem. Chef Robert delivers consistently delicious food — and I don’t say that lightly. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything he makes, but his personal recommendations are always exceptional.
While Bacio’s primarily focuses on catering, they are now beginning to offer in-house Chef’s Tasting menus as well as special holiday prix fixe multi-course menus for takeout — which are such a treat. Chef Robert is incredibly communicative, accommodating, and genuinely cares about the quality and flavor of his dishes. He doesn’t skimp on portion sizes either — you get quality and quantity here.
I’ve been a customer since they opened, and the five-star experience has never wavered. If you’re looking for thoughtfully prepared, consistently outstanding food in the Palmyra area, Bacio’s is it.

We recently celebrated my daughter-in-law‘s baby shower at Bacio kitchen. Chef Robert and his staff went above and beyond, to make sure that we had everything we wanted and that everything was perfect. The event room was cozy and the food was exceptional. A great family atmosphere!! Chef Robert’s wife Pamela, even helped me get the decorations out of my car and into the venue. And as if that wasn’t enough, she took the time to untangle balloons!! Thank you so much for making such A memorable day for our family.

He made sure everything was as requested and was accommodating with the menu. The price was fair and the food delicious. If you want to host your event on site, I would recommend for smaller parties (I had around 30 people and it was the perfect size). You're free to bring decorations but the decor is very nice that we didn't need any. Would definitely book again!
