THE FOOD IS MID. But, I order from here CONSISTENTLY really only because I own a business in walking distance and we are extremely busy, so this is super convenient for my employees and I. I order French fries, from here so often, the employees know my voice when I call! Today, the owners “wife” answered the phone and was extremely snappy, impatient, and rude. Once I informed her I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service, she asked if I wanted to “cancel the order out”. No remorse. Even after I stated I’m a loyal customer. My employees and I would NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I was informed that she treats her employees disrespectful as well.The inside of this establishment needs some work and cleaning.

Amazing food, haven't had wings that tender in years however service is fairly slow to a point where being hungry while waiting is almost torture but I really can't complain with the end product, delicious food all in all.

Great food here!! Top-tier cheesesteaks and wings. Haven’t been able to stray far from those options personally as they are so delicious but I’ve never heard a bad word from anyone I’ve dined with. Absolutely stop here for a satisfying and delicious meal!

If you can get past the two girls working behind the counter who are absolutely clueless. And the fact they do not have a restroom open to the public. You have no place to wash your hands. Also, no ice and very poor drink selection. The food was actually decent. We ordered a cheese steak. Batman and Robin and mozzarella sticks and french fries. We ordered wings with the mango habanero sauce. We also ordered a hoagie. Everything was good and hot except the hoagie. The hoagie I would give a D -. Three pieces of cheese and five pieces of ham on a large. We will not order a hoagie again. We would eat here again but far and few between. Their are much better places but the Batman and Robin would have us come back. We would not dine in. The place was filthy. I had to ask for cleaning spray and a rag to wipe done the chairs and table.

Was told 1 hour wait went in at 45 min food was ready. Opened the bag it was all cold. Got home there was only 4 fried pickles in the box(small dill chip pickles not spears) the boneless wings were so hard and over cooked you couldn’t even bite them. This place has gone downhill big

I went to the restaurant the other day and ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. And I ordered a side of hash browns, a pancake platter, and a french toast platter. A pork roll and cheese, sausage and cheese omelet, batman and robin egg and cheese. And 20 wings for a family dinner and the wings were cold and barely had sauce. The hash browns tasted watery and the pancakes were the only good things. The french toast was nasty and it smelled nasty. When I went to order the staff were rude and kept ignoring me when I asked questions. And when I was in line they talked to another employee while i tried to order. When I said excuse me to get their attention they said can't you see im talking and rolled their eyes. The food is bad and the employees are worse! Don't waist your time or money here!!!!!!

The ham hoagie was loaded with meat and cheese. Very fresh tomatoes. The small is actually pretty big. Simply delicious.

40min wait for cheesesteak & wings. In those 40min about 4ppl came in for takeout so it clearly wasn’t busy for the 5 guys working or shall I say watching the basketball game. Maybe move the TV so the employees actually work instead of watching TV.
Thought I tried new restaurant. The counter customer service was wonderful. Went downhill from there. The Establishment did not look busy in fact the kitchen staff of five people were goofing around. Food took 50 minutes to arrive and most of the order was cold. Very disappointed not worth the money.

This place is a total sleeper for cheesesteaks! Right across the bridge from Philly and it ranks near the top. The chicken selections are ???. Wings and chicken cheesesteaks are some of my favorites..

I've never ate here but the reviews are terrible. It seems if this many people have been complaining for this long and nothing has changed then its obvious that management can care less about the customers spending their hard earned money for mediocre overpriced food and that makes me a sad panda. unfortunately I will pass on trying this place. Unreliable, poor management, cold food. An order placed on Saturday at 2:30 for 5:30 delivery was never delivered. I had to come to the store and pick up at 6:30. Everything was completely cold, and some food still not made. In waiting for the order, I had the pleasure of seeing the owner (maybe manager?) storm in and yell at all of her staff while still wearing her purse and scrambling to make the rest of my order. The open kitchen allows you to see them yelling and working and let’s just say I don’t think my salads were made to health code. I’ll leave it at that. I asked for a call from the owner so we could settle this, and I was never called back despite multiple calls and excuses from staff as to his whereabouts. I didn’t want to write a bad review, would’ve kept this to myself. Never again. Cockadoodle disaster.
