When I walked in I was transported to cool café I once visited in New Orleans in the early 90's. Jeny was professional, yet kind and cool. The warmed cranberry-orange muffin was perfect with the hot chamomile citrus tea. Although no one obviously touched me, I felt that I was in a spa setting with the perfect volume of jazz playing in the background. I can't wait to visit again!
Came in expecting an overall higher experience than I received based on previous reviews. We ordered an iced coffee and two croissants and were overcharged for some reason. They ran out of ice so our drink was not as great as it could have been. They were out of a lot of the pastries we were wanting to try which was a bummer. It's also very close- quarters in here with neither of the employees wearing masks, so I was a little wary of that. Maybe I just caught them on a rough...
Great little coffee shop. It was busy when I visited but the barista made sure everyone was taken care of quickly. My iced coffee was excellent! Lots of different flavored syrups to choose from also. The food looked great too, going to have to stop back in to try some :)
