Meh. $5.10 for a bagel w/ shmear. By 7:30 am they were out of everything bagels. I got a whole wheat everything. It was a bit thinner and chewier than my personal preference, without the exterior crunch. The shmear game was weak. It wasn't bad but there's so many amazing places in Jersey.

The prep area looked clean, but the rest of the place could use a little of cleaning. That said, the food totally made up for it. The bagel was delicious and so was the breakfast sandwich. People were very nice! Would definitely go back.

That was as close to perfect as a bagel can be. The shop definitely has seen better days as some of the cases for drinks were completely empty and it could definitely use a bit of cleaning but to me none of that matters because the bagel that I had was Perfectly crispy, amazing flavor, has the right amount of chew, and my vegetable cream cheese was chock full of fresh vegetables. It’s clearly a family run business and the person selling you the bagel is the person whos been perfecting the bagel recipe for however many decades theyve been in business.

There’s barely any eggs on the sandwich and the egg was not cooked all the way. I’m pregnant so that’s a problem. Also I’m pretty sure they overcharged me for this at $7.60 (no cheese).
My orange juice expires in a month which tells me it must have been in the fridge awhile.
It’s also Saturday morning at 9am with no line.

Asked for simple bagel with cream cheese and half the bagel is missing the cream cheese barely putting any to begin with and then I didn't ask for it toasted and when I got to bite it it's crunchy meaning they served me stale bread! Do better... jersey bagels have higher standards then this garbage. And the customer service was terrible!!! Rushes you to order without giving you time to think and snarks and gives dirty looks. Then when you go to pay they are so blunt and looked depressed. Never coming back to a place with bad food and service.

The food here is wonderful. That said, the overwhelming part is how many times you are asked what your order was or what you wanted on it, while the staff do the same with each other. On quiet mornings it is not a huge issue, but on busy days it gets overwhelming, especially as the staff has to ask this question to each other, then back to you, and then ends up getting your order wrong, like happened to me today. I REALLY wish they would just invest in little slips of paper to write your order on.

It is not justifiable to price items at a higher cost without keeping an eye on the portion sizes, in general it has to make some sense, and should not be random… a breakfast wrap (tuna wrap) can’t be the size of a QuickCheck burrito ?, not at $10 and cents… I would like to not even think of any kind of prejudism coming from an American vendor these days, but would not be surprised (though I rather not give much attention to such retrograde manners, since it comes from a tiny world inside ill willed and fearful, bigoted beings with very tiny minds)… I got ripped off and would make sure to avoid this joint if I can… otherwise be upfront in a future occasion… Owner please make sure to provide with a fair product and service… this is how you make a living! I’m sure you can make mistakes, but in this occasion it seems pretty messed up!This world has gotten so dense, particularly in these highly populated areas, where the overwhelming masses produce for regardless thinking and indolence… every body has become fully replaceable, the problem is… where to find value and a reasonable quality (service and product)!?
