We waited up for 20 mins or more, there was almost nobody else but my friend and I and they wouldn't take our order. So we moved to the Dustin's side and told us to go back and wait. The guy came, gave another group their order and left us alone again. By then there was a long line at the dunkin's side and completely ignored us!

I have ordered twice from this Baskin Robbins, both times via Uber Eats. The first time I ordered a hot fudge sundae. When i received my sundae it was goo. I ordered again last night; i ordered a double scoop of Jamoca Almond Fudge and Chocolate Fudge. I received a single scoop at best of Jamoca Almond Fudge, no Chocolate Fudge. I will never order from this store again.

This place is a waste of time. A full line of customers and they have one person at the register taking an order of at least 20+ coffees and food items from summer camp counselors. Instead of using the rest of THEIR FULL STAFF to help with the line of customers we were stuck waiting for 10-15 minutes. So unprofessional and straight up bad business

Stopped to get ice cream cones. No other customers were in the store except my husband and I. After waiting a considerable amount of time to be waited on we asked if one of the 5 workers standing together talking could wait on us. That was bad enough but when we actually got the cones we realized that this was not a reputable business. The amount of ice cream in each cone was less than other establishments give for a kiddie cone yet they had the nerve to call it a small cone. The amount of ice cream in each cone was a scant tablespoon where it barely even reached the top of the cone to be visible. When I inquired about the amount of ice cream they had the nerve to ask me if I was being sarcastic.All we wanted was our monies worth, nothing more. Do not go here unless you want to get robbed of your money wo getting what you paid for! There are plenty of other ice cream store around that appreciate your business.
