This is genuinely the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life, DO NOT get the margherita pizza. It's low quality, extremely undercooked, and the Parmesan cheese was overwhelming. The service was also extremely mediocre.

15 years ago I worked at Nordstrom and would always order the cilantro salad with chicken. Havenât had this in a long time and was in the mall so I decided to order for pick up.
Atmosphere: this place is no longer as upscale as it used to be. It reminds me of a pitstop food court, it smelled like feet and the workers look a bit disheveled. Not their fault but their uniforms looked unclean and does not fit what a restaurant inside Nordstrom should look like.
Service: no one greeted me I stood by the hostess table and eventually walked in by the end of the bar as I saw my food waiting for me. I checked to make sure my food was correct and asked the server if I could have more salad dressing as it looked like my container wasnât filled all the way. She said that I would have to wait for another server and that it would be an extra charge. An extra charge for dressing for a $20 salad is absolutely insane. At first I was ok with it but they wanted me to wait and go through paying and waiting for a check I didnât have time for it.
Food: this salad with chicken took 30 minutes for it to be ready for pick up and sadly was disappointed. The chicken was definitely cooked in the morning and regrilled I havenât had rubbery chicken like this since back when I was in college it tasted very bland and gave me such a nasty after taste. They were super stingy with the amount of lettuce and it only filled the container half way. The only good thing is that the cilantro dressing is still just as good as I remember but my salad was still dry because it wasnât enough to cover the small salad that they gave me.
In conclusion my nostalgia and my amazing memory of this place is completely ruined and I will never return.

When we got there with our 545pm reservation we were turned away because they said they were closing at 6 PM. We drove 45 minutes to go there in the rain and they just said sorry. Not sure why they accepted the reservation if they all wanted to close up at 6pm

Server was great, but service was ok. Slow to pickup empty dishes and had to get my own silverware. Had the beef ragu with tortellini and it was room temperature and the tortellini was way overcooked. And the wild salmon was super overcooked. Bad experience overall.

Since when are you charged a $1.25 for an extra crostini when you purchase a BOWL of soup (not filled up) and receive just one?! I get 1 crostini for a cup of soup but seriouslyâŠ.and the soup tasted like I was eating a tin can. Donât nickel and dime your customers NordstromâŠyou wonât survive by taking advantage of others. I wonât be back. Itâs a matter of principle. Update: two women were complaining about same thing and walked out (they wonât be back also). You just lost a minimum of 3 customers.

No one came up to me to let me know updates on my order and I went back to ask for a refund she said I had to do it through DoorDash but mind you I ordered through the website, then while explaining that , the lady I was talking to continued to do what she was doing and ignored me. Worst place for real never again. Wasted my time/ break.

We had 2 great meals here. We ordered the chicken taco appetizer, French onion soup which I swear was made from scratch and the mushroom ravioli. Main dish portions are big and the soup is a meal in its own. The sweet Visalia onions, croutons and gruyere cheese is wonderful, it is sweet though. The mushroom ravioli was amazing, the Parmesan sauce and sun dried tomatoes were very tasty and the portion was 7 or 8 ravioli we took 4 back to our hotel. Service was slow but you can see the sound from the restaurant and that was nice even though it was snowing.
