Always outstanding service and food. I must say that today I was surprised to receive a gift card at the end of my meal as an apology (even though I did NOT complain because it was still delicious ) because my sever thought my steak was overcooked . Wow! I was completely shocked!Capital Grille in Paramus you are such a class act . You have won my respect and loyal patronage . I will definitely be visiting more often . Thank you

The service was amazing! Our server Jay went above and beyond what was expected. The onion soup was delicious. The perfect amount of cheese and the perfect saltiness. I ordered the 2 course plat. I had the soup and the beef tenderloin and fries. Delicious. The special dessert of the day was their bourbon bread pudding with butter pecan ice cream. All I can say is Yum!!
