The service was amazing! Our server Jay went above and beyond what was expected. The onion soup was delicious. The perfect amount of cheese and the perfect saltiness. I ordered the 2 course plat. I had the soup and the beef tenderloin and fries. Delicious. The special dessert of the day was their bourbon bread pudding with butter pecan ice cream. All I can say is Yum!!

Always outstanding service and food. I must say that today I was surprised to receive a gift card at the end of my meal as an apology (even though I did NOT complain because it was still delicious ) because my sever thought my steak was overcooked . Wow! I was completely shocked!Capital Grille in Paramus you are such a class act . You have won my respect and loyal patronage . I will definitely be visiting more often . Thank you

Where to start? I chose the private dining experience for my mother and I since it was her birthday! It was our first time there and we didn't really know what to expect. When we arrived, we were greeted by staff and seated in a separate area for private dining. The food was really good! We had the lobster bisque soup, prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with vine tomatoes, filet mignon and lobster tail as a surf and turf, and a glass of red wine, Pinot, Noir. Overall, the food was great! My mother absolutely enjoyed herself and the experience. Our waitress was very friendly and was very helpful. Overall, it was lovely and would recommend it to others as well.
