Everything that you would want mall food to taste like, and more. Bourbon chicken is heavily.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The rudest people work here. Food is not that great to have this rude of an attitude.

GROOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! I ordered the orange chicken with rice. The chicken was swimming in disgusting orange grease with 0 flavor. The rice was one big mush with 0 flavor. Stay away, unless nastiness is you thing.

Make no mistake about it, if you're looking for a gargantuan portion of greasy Chinese food, THIS is absolutely your spot. With a name like "Bourbon Street Grill", the last thing you would expect is Chinese fast food, but that's EXACTLY what they serve here. And, to no one's surprise, it's popular amongst the mall patrons - mainly because of their ridiculously large portions. You can either order a Salad or (One, Two or Three Entree) Combo Plate here. Yes, it's not a typo, I said "Salad", but who are we kidding? I would say 99% .... OK, 100% of customers order one of the Combo Plates, which includes rice or noodle + 1, 2 or 3 greasy meats/sides. And, a lot of the food served here will look pretty familiar or similar to those who just can't get enough of Chinese fast food - orange chicken, mango chicken, bourbon chicken, spicy bourbon chicken, blackened chicken, shrimp, etc. As for bases, they serve your typical fried rice, lo mein noodles, rice and beans, string beans, mixed vegetables, fried plantains, corn, mash potatoes AND even mac and cheese. So, yeah, there's a lot of bang for your buck and you can clearly see why people love coming here. Oh, and did I mention that they give you a truck load of food? Enough to easily feed 2-3 people? As for the taste? If you stick with the vegetables and chicken, you might feel OK after your meal, but if you go all out greasy with the fried rice, lo mein, shrimp and one of the types of chicken, be prepared for sodium overload. I have to admit, this type of food IS a guilty pleasure of mine and I somewhat enjoy it, so I didn't think it was that bad. However, I DID feel reallllly guilty afterwards.Either way, feeling guilty or not, this food is what it is. The portions are huge, so you'll definitely be getting your moneys worth. BUT If you're into Chinese fast food, then you KNOW where to fuel up in between visits to your favorite department stores.

The food was delicious only you bring a lot of food so it turns out that you don't finish everything. The sellers are courteous. There is plenty of seating in the area. There is accessibility for strollers. The prices are relatively cheap compared to the amount they

Ordered online. Said was being prepared for an hour. At delivery time the y cancel the order stating "out of menu item". Poorly managed/run establishment. Do not recommend.

The lady had chicken on a tooth pick and was screaming for us to try free samples. The place was dead, zero customers so I said why not give her a break. She seems very into her job. When I walked up to grab the sample she was dangling she quickly pulled it away and said you can buy these. I told her I would try the sample because it looked like she was working hard to get us to try it. She didn’t budge ? it was some cartoonish nonsense. What kind of street food vendor shenanigans are they playing over here? We got a good laugh out of it. Too bad it’s not a comedy club because that lady would be killing it.

Regular Chinese place, at the level of other food court venues. Though due to Paramus mall becoming kinda upscale recently you expect slightly higher quality. The food court in general and the Bourbon Street (why a French name?) seems like still a little bit behind

Food is good, but the paper bags are useless and terrible! I got the bourbon chicken, asked for a bag so I could take it home. As I carried it to my car, got inside and sat down.. I noticed that the food & sauce leaked, soaked through the bag and then dripped all over my jacket, pants and car seat.So stupid to replace all plastic bags with paper. Paper costs a lot more for the store, causes deforestation, no handles so it's difficult to carry, uses more space in landfills, can't be reused for anything, easy to tear by mistake, and since it is not waterproof.. the sauces, juices and food will spill and leak all over you, your clothes, your car and your furniture. No thank you! Idiot governor!Bring back plastic bags please.
