Regular Chinese place, at the level of other food court venues. Though due to Paramus mall becoming kinda upscale recently you expect slightly higher quality. The food court in general and the Bourbon Street (why a French name?) seems like still a little bit behind
Food is good, but the paper bags are useless and terrible! I got the bourbon chicken, asked for a bag so I could take it home. As I carried it to my car, got inside and sat down.. I noticed that the food & sauce leaked, soaked through the bag and then dripped all over my jacket, pants and car seat.So stupid to replace all plastic bags with paper.
