The food in this Chipotle is pretty good like all other Chipotles, but when it was my turn to order, I asked for hardshell tacos. The lady asked me something and I asked her to repeat it a few times since I couldn't hear through all that noise in the mall. My fault for not hearing her question but then she rolled her eyes well she was getting the taco shells. I don't know the lady's name but she needs to show some respect to customers and answer their questions.
I was looking forward to my bowl it did not taste good, the queso was cold and not melted, the chicken was way to spicy comparing to other Chipotle. Customer service rushed!
Food was terriblea-Way too hot/spicey. Chips were soggy and unsalted, and queso had no flavor and was too thick. Worst chipotle that I’ve ever been to.
