I have a visitor of this Chipotle, ever since it opened in GSP food court. I never had any issues here. Their food is always well made. All ingredients have been in stock most of the time. I have seen days where the line stretched across 5 more stores.Since the 2 Chipotle locations near my home are horrible, I look forward to visit this one more often.Vegetarian options: They have sofritas made out of tofu.

This location never has mobile ordering turned on, making it difficult for mall employees to order food and pick it up. Many of us only have a 30 minute lunch break, and standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to order cuts into that break time in a big way. I realize this location is in a high volume mall and gets very busy, but if I simply closed my doors when the traffic in my store became very busy, I simply wouldn't have a job anymore.I have no complaints about the food or the staff, they seem very hard working, but please consider the time constraint some of your customers have and enable mobile ordering again.

I bought a chipotle bowl and added guac as my topping and showed the cashier and store manager the free guac promotion code. They scanned my free guac promotion code and I paid for my bowl. After the purchase the staff gave me an additional regular side of guac as if I used the promotion code to get additional guac as a side. When I saw the receipt, the store charged two guac and applied promotion code to one of guac. I asked them for a refund for an additional side of guac but they said a free guac promotion is only for a regular side. So I read terms&conditions of a free guac promotion and per terms&conditions, it says eligible members receive “one free topping” OR “regular side of guac”. It was clear that they didn’t know their terms & conditions on the free guac promotion. I asked them to refund my guac topping and take the side of guac back after showing them terms & conditions. But they said a reward is not refundable. It was their fault that they were not aware about terms & conditions therefore provided customer a false information when customer paid for the food. And due to their fault, a customer cannot get a refund. Does that make sense? There was no apology whatsoever and the manager even stare at me without saying anything when I complained. Even a guy behind me was almost yelling at me saying they said free reward is not refundable. I felt so humiliated. What I asked for was fair enough as consumer right. I would never go back to Chipotle in Westfield Garden State Plaza.

the women working here are very rude. the woman at the cash register scoffed and rolled her eyes at me when i misheard her once. the woman who made my bowl gave me the least amount of meat possible and became annoyed when i asked for extra cheese. food is good, but the service was terrible.

I recently had a highly disappointing and disgusting experience at a restaurant that left me feeling frustrated and disgusted. I had gone to this particular establishment with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be the exact opposite.Upon receiving my order, everything seemed fine until I was shocked and appalled to find a roach in my food. It was an absolutely repulsive sight and left me feeling both disgusted and concerned about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant. Naturally, I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the manager in hopes of a resolution.To my utter dismay, the manager not only refused to accommodate me in any way but also adamantly denied any responsibility for the incident. It was incredibly disheartening to witness the sheer lack of concern displayed by the manager, who seemed to prioritize protecting the reputation of the restaurant over addressing the issue at hand.Despite my insistence on receiving a refund or a replacement meal, the manager unwaveringly refused to provide any form of compensation. This complete disregard for customer satisfaction only added to my disappointment and frustration. It is deeply unsettling to think that a business would treat its patrons in such a dismissive and unprofessional manner.As a customer, I believe it is imperative for a restaurant to take immediate action when faced with such a serious issue. It is not only about refunding the cost of the meal but also about displaying a genuine concern for the well-being and satisfaction of the customers. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed miserably in this regard.I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to other potential diners. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment unless you are willing to risk encountering unclean and unsanitary conditions. The lack of responsibility and refusal to accommodate customer complaints are clear indicators of the overall disregard for customer satisfaction at this restaurant.

I try not to give one star ratings, but the one star ratings here are pretty justified. I've come here multiple times in hopes that perhaps the bad incident was a one-time fluke but now I've been convinced to never come here again. Food here just never seems fresh. The meats look super dried out and dull. The rice is always super chunky. Most importantly, I don't believe the people who work there understand how a burrito/burrito bowl should be made. The portions in the burritos are atrocious. Even when I try to guide them, they don't care and don't listen. It's so bad that each time, I was tempted to just walk away and not take the food or pay for it cause I was horrified at how much salsa and sour cream they put on even though I told them numerous times that I wanted very little amount. Very little sour cream does not mean a mound of it over the entire bowl. Tiny scoop of salsa does not mean the entire giant ladle of salsa. I get any service job can be tiring and hard, but the staff here makes it obvious they'd rather be anywhere else. Ok, I've spent too much time on this already. Just don't go here.

I’m leaving this a 3 star because there was a very sweet guys who helped but he looked new and there’s this other girl very short hair (his coworker) who kept giving him attitude and i did not like that. When there’s someone new there has to be patience with each other. I would have given it a 5 star if the girl didn’t do that to the poor guy. I am so sorry to him and hopefully he doesn’t get treated like that anymore

Rudest staff in the entire food court and in general. The food is mediocre at best. They try to rush you if you ask for anything they roll their eyes at you (even when it isn't busy) they need to hire new people and the utensils they put out are always nasty this location is not clean at all don't bother going there

This chipolte on 17 S in paramus sucks. They give u minimal food and can t think if you ask for special request. Almost like talking to children. Need to train employees better. Seem to have very low intelligence and place is not even that busy really that it takes long time to get your order filled.
