Hello, I have bought from you 2 or maybe 3 times about your products and I have no complaints, but recently they have been charging me twice in a row for something that I have not consumed and I am actually tired of calling the bank and asking for a refund. I would like to know if they can give me a solution and, if necessary, some satisfaction for all this inconvenience.

I placed an order via DoorDash. The store confirmed the order so I drove 10 mins to go pick it up. My drinks weren’t ready yet so I waited another 10 mins but was told that they are out of pearls when I finally asked when my drinks are going to be ready. It took them another 10 mins to cancel the order. I wasted 30 minutes and left with empty hands

BTX never misses! We have tried all of our local bubble tea shops, and BTX is the best hands down. They are always consist, and the boba texture is just right.
