The food overall is good. Compared to other locations, it’s super busy. The wait time is somewhat long due to the line, and the portion is smaller compared to other locations.

Amazing service & great food!
This is one of the best fast-casual restaurants I have ever eaten! I got a bowl and thought it was very customizable. There are countless options for the different layers: greens, grains, protein, veggies, dressings/sauces. Making the bowl was fun and the employees were very helpful with the process. I also appreciate that it was healthy; I felt good after eating it. It was very very delicious. The layers of flavor were so good. A little spicy (harissa) and a little creamy (tzatziki sauce) and the chicken was so flavorful and juicy.

Terrible service. I paid extra for avocado and pita chips, neither of which I received. Also, to make it worse, the staff was rude af. Definitely not going back.

These people below are clearly writing fake reviews. Never order pick up with them, there’s always something missing. I sent my daughter to wait inside the store to pick up our food. She waited 25 minutes past the time the food was supposed to be done. We went home, once I looked inside my bowl, all the dips were missing, barely any chicken, and my daughter said they gave her a hard time when she asked when the order was going to be done. This is the second time this happened to me at this location. I called the store to speak to the manager, and the man that claimed he was the manager just said, “get a refund through the website” and hung up. Don’t waste your money here.
