Went in Oct 2023. Great service and food was delicious. My toddler didn’t finish her meal and I walked over to ask for a to-go container and person theresaw me walking and grabbed to-go container and bag and handed to me before I had to even ask. A first at a fast food place for me.

When I'm shopping at The Galleria Mall in Poughkeepsie I sometimes work up an appetite. So naturally I go towards the Food Court on the second floor and l order lunch from Charley's Philadelphia Cheese Steak. I can't resist those sandwiches ? because they're just so tasty. They also sell beverages, iced tea, soda, lemonade...If you like this kind of meal, I recommend going here.

I ate here for the first time this Monday and the food was delicious. The service is terrific. my cashier (I think her name was Joyce) was so nice and funny and attentive. She paid attention to detail. I highly recommend the California Chicken sandwich by the way.
