One of Chipotle’s very first drive thru locations. Clearly marked drive thru lane for mobile order pickup. But the store has dine-in and in store pickup options as well. Inside is spacious, lots of seats available for dining.
I put in a take out order. It was ready upon arrival. But they keep the orders in the back instead of placing them on the shelf. Took me minutes just for associate to notice me and hand me my order. Food was pretty good. All ingredients tasted fine. They had my side of guacamole and salad dressing in the bag.

It was a frustrating experience recently here with portion size, missing items and rude behavior of staff. Their salsa was over and I asked them to refill, response was they have no more, black beans, fajita were almost over too and they were trying to search beans in the liquid. They packed my bowl without salsa and some beans/fajita, etc. I took a picture of empty salsa due to their rude tone and that’s when they immediately got the salsa from inside. So, they do have the items inside and just want to lie to customer that it’s over. I told them to pack salsa on a side now since my bowl was closed and moved towards billing. I was charged now extra for the salsa which is part of the burrito bowl but they didn’t wanted to refill when bowl was getting packed and had blatantly said it’s over. On top of it, they also missed to add tortilla in my bag which I had ordered 🙄. Staff clearly needs training here.

i ordered chipotlane through the mobile app. i arrived and there was a car sitting in front of me for over 10 min so i went inside and grabbed my order instead. when i get home my order was completely screwed up. I had my chips and guacamole but my bowl was made for someone else, even though a sticker that had my order on it was taped onto the bowl. absolutely ridiculous, i gave the food to my dog.

I showed up ten minutes before closing. The staff acted aggravated.. which I understand. But I ordered a burrito and the tortilla was torn partially. The foil didn’t cover the entire burrito. It fell apart as soon as I opened it and the tortilla was hard. I’ll never go back to this location.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I order from door dash and asked for extra brisket and all the fixings. The total for my dish alone was $30. You guys sent me a half empty entree. What a joke. Never will order or visit chipotle again. You guys suck

This is by far the most appalling branch of chipotle whether it is the staff customer service or the portions of the bowls. There are 2 specific female staff that are very disrespectful. I have been going to this chipotle for years and never had an interaction like today’s.
