Manager Aylanie or Liliani had a bad attitude when we complained about our burrito not being on our bag. They made it in front of us God knows what happens to it. She got mad of their own mistake. Instead of apologizing she demanded to have receipt to see if we were lying then she said the burrito wasn’t in front of them so it wasn’t charge and she sent us to make the line again. I told her why and she said you have to. So we asked for our money back. Cashier requested receipt again with an attitude again as if we did a mistake. No apology from Manager or anyone. As a manager you are supposed to give an example for other co workers. Instead when we asked her name she didn’t answer what was her name and turned her back on us what a shame. Chipotle what kind of people you are hiring? Don’t come here people! also there was not ice on machine and containers of lemonade looked very dirty.

Honestly whoever made my pickup order really went above and beyond in making it with love or whatever you wanna call it. The chicken had so much flavor and when I asked for extra sour cream, yall delivered!!!! My tortillas were still hot driving home through traffic. Thought the bag had extra food in it from how heavy it was. Thank you for not skimping out on my bowl. Please praise whoever was there on 8/14/25. I’d give them all a hug if I could

Within the last three times I have visited this location. There has been no ice. That means I cannot drink what I want. The last time I went there, they didn’t have any white rice or any chicken and told me that I needed to wait 20 minutes. This was at 12:30pm. Horrible experience and will not be going back. People there are rude as well.

Worst chipotle experience I ever had, there was no ice and the drinks were watered down, I got warm juice. The queso had absolutely no flavor, there was barely any food in my bowl. The rice was dry and can tell it’s been sitting there. The meat was over seasoned and way too spicy to the point where I could not eat it anymore. The chips were stale. Absolutely horrible branch of chipotle.

I've had the salad via delivery 4 times in a row and each time they've not included the dressing in my bag.
Paramus Chipotle is arguably the worst branch I've ever been to. The drinks were overly watered down, and there was no ice. We couldn't drink them and threw them away. The bowl we bought was very small. Unfortunately, we left this branch dissatisfied.

One of Chipotle’s very first drive thru locations. Clearly marked drive thru lane for mobile order pickup. But the store has dine-in and in store pickup options as well. Inside is spacious, lots of seats available for dining.
I put in a take out order. It was ready upon arrival. But they keep the orders in the back instead of placing them on the shelf. Took me minutes just for associate to notice me and hand me my order. Food was pretty good. All ingredients tasted fine. They had my side of guacamole and salad dressing in the bag.
