Sweetgreen has nothing on Chopt! The employees are awesome. Alex recommended the Chicken Tinga Wrap and it was one of the best wraps ive had in a LONG time. Definitely will come back!

Tried for the first time yesterday and was disappointed that I was missing 3/4 of the toppings that were supposed to be in my salad. I put it off as maybe the workers were busy and forgot so I tried again today. and I must say… SKIMPIEST PORTIONS OF TOPPINGS EVER! There was one piece of goat cheese, barely any dried cranberries or apple pieces but they put a crap ton of lettuce. If I wanted to eat straight lettuce, I would’ve buy a bag of lettuce. Disappointed that I spent $15-$20 here for a sad salad.

Do not come here! I am warning everyone that is even thinking about getting a salad here that you are getting ripped off paying $15 for a few pieces of lettuce. I ordered a Chicen Cobb Salad which is supposed to come with Chicken and Avocado, and there is no chicken and no identifiable piece of avocado I can find in the bowl. I generally don't complain about something like this, but how can you charge $15 for something that is supposed to be someone's meal? I went back to the store to understand what's going on, and they denied everything. I said forget it, I don't care who's right or wrong. Just don't come here. The worse was their excuse saying that every Chopt in the world is the same and that they measure every ingredient. Remember they said that, they measure every single ingredient before giving you the salad.
The Chopt in NYC is probably 3 times the size of what this place gives you. You can eat 3 of these salads and still be hungry because all they give you is a few pieces of lettuce and some dressing to cover it all up. Don't come here!!! They even stuffed the piece of bread into my salad bowl which filled half the bowl. For those that never went to Chopt in NYC, I'm warning you this Paramus NJ location doesn't seem to have hired the right staff or something. When they say Chipotle skimped, this is 10x worse.

Maybe the worst customer service we have ever had. The girl taking our order had an attitude from the moment we got there. She didn't know how to explain anything, and was annoyed when we asked questions. She then told us that everything on the menu was gluten free...which is a lie and dangerous. She then told us arrogantly how she's a manager, which is laughable. We will NOT ever come back to this establishment because of her. I only wish I had her name so I could post it.

I visited Chopt for the first time during Labor Day shopping and was really looking forward to trying it out.
Unfortunately, my experience was very very disappointing. The employee who took my order seemed to have an attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable. She wasn’t friendly or kind during the process, which affected my appetite. To make matters worse, the food itself wasn’t even delicious, and I feel like I wasted $25. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on this visit.

"I went out shopping with my family on Labor Day in a good mood. I saw Cava, but I was in the mood for a salad, and the sign looked clean, so we decided to try this place.
However, the woman working there, whether she was Black or Indian, seemed extremely angry. Her tone was as if she was ready to pick a fight with me. It was truly unpleasant. I can't believe a place like this is still in business.
Even though we ordered two dishes, I lost my appetite and ended up throwing them away in the trash. I definitely won't be coming back. If the owner reads this, I'm sorry to say, but hiring someone like that was a big mistake."
