I decided to try this place, but now I regret it. I walked in, was not greeted, a guy just looked at me. I saw my order sitting on the counter & looked at him & told him my name & pulled up my email confirmation & he didn't really seem to care, he just said "ok" & I left, got in my Uber & checked my order.... which of course was incorrect. I was missing a donut. So I paid almost $10 for 2 donuts. They're made to order & I was in an uber so I couldn't just come back & wait for another so I called. A young lady answered & I explained & she put me on hold with the same guy, who said to call customer service for a refund & said there's nothing else he can do. I'm disabled & oxygen dependent, it took a lot of energy to pick up that order, I was looking forward to it after my chemo treatment I had at Hackensack this morning. I'm so disappointed, I don't care if it's just $3 or just a donut. I'm so exhausted & it really ruined my morning. As for the donuts I did get, they're freshly made & are okay.

I picked up a dozen Halloween donuts for my staff, and they really enjoyed the fun flavors and decorations! The one issue I had was with the service. The young guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that I even came in and placed an order. Other than that, would recommend!

I’m completely saddened with what Duck Donuts, Paramus has turned into, I was a regular before the owners changed. It’s not the same anymore. After the new owners, it became clear the staff left after the switch. The old staff did a great job by always having the store clean, being welcoming, and actually conversing with the customers. The new staff lacks enthusiasm and are completely uninterested in helping customers, and their attitude was downright off-putting. Seems like they didn’t want to be there at all. To top it all off, the new owners seem to not care about maintaining the quality or the experience that once made this place special. The staff is a reflection of how they are being treated. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I will NEVER be returning. Do better and give customers an overall better experience.

We went for Veterans Day and they were super nice. Wanted to taste it plain to see how the donut was actually and it was great. I also had a marble raspberry one. Super delicious
