I love coming to this Dunkin'. The place is clean, the staff is nice and the manager is great. I come in for my same coffee order everyday.
I ask him tea latte and he gives me coffee latte which i can't drink, But i taste it and tjen i was unable to return it. Poor sevice.

They don’t put any cream cheese on the bagel. I don’t understand why but if you order a bagel with cream cheese make sure you check how much they put on. It’s unacceptable
