Had the pleasure of visiting your establishment yesterday during golden hour. It did not disappoint! Matthew is the best! He always makes delicious suggestions! If you are ever in the Paramus area, I definitely recommend EddieVs!
My husband and I stopped in randomly on a Thursday night and were blown away from start to finish. We were seated promptly, and the whole evening—from the ambiance to the service to the food—was truly excellent. There was even live music playing in the background; while I couldn't see the entire band, the performer on the piano and vocals set a fantastic mood.

Food is top notch. But our hostesses Jaime and Norma are the best in the business. They both took care of my family of 18! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and Father's Day. From the very start Eddie V has been so welcoming and friendly. We had the patio setting and it was the perfect place for a family gathering, not to mention the mild clear weather. This may have the 3rd or 4th time but we are looking forward for more Eddie V's dinning experience! We shall return.
