Canceled my wife's birthday dinner at Blu on The Hudson for Fogo's lamb chops. Only for them to bring them out a hour later after paying the bill and was leaving. Horrible decision

I was expecting great things from dining at this restaurant. It's a buffet the one that I got so like unlimited meat. I was expecting the meat quality to be really good for the price but I guess most of it they left to grill for too long it got so dry. Also, yes the staff keeps on refilling the plates with mostly chicken, pork, lamb and a little beef.. I was hoping for the filet mignon and rib eye, never circulated in my table despite the token thing sign was always on green....
