It is a shame that a franchise with delicious donuts is ruined by irresponsible staff that have poor customer service and no hygiene care. Staff literally re stock donuts in which customer’s return. The staff not only defended his actions but refused to name himself.

I was informed of a major Krispy Kreme promotion going on where the first 500 KK donuts would be free to customers. What they very slickly did not notate is that they did not mention if there is a limit on how many donuts each one customer can buy, and also, can employees hold donuts on the side for themselves & family members.
This made these very real possibilities because when I arrived to not one but TWO empty KK Donut establishments nearby each other, I didn’t even say anything when I walked in (only about 45mins after opening) and the store mgr volunteered to make a statement to the grand total of 8 of us and say they have already gave away all 500 free donuts.
I’ve never seen such a blatant scam that was designed to just get customers in the door to make them feel like, oh well, we’ll just BUY something else since we came all the way here anyway.
NO, that’s BS. I was promised a promotion, arrived within an hour and they’re gonna tell me they got rid of all 500 donuts and in not one but TWO KK places in very close proximity to each other. That’s basically 1,000 donuts and there’s NO CHANCE they gave away 1,000 donuts in under an hour, ESP when I walked into two stores that didn’t even have ten people in line.
This was a very dirty scam KK did and I, and I hope many others, NEVER patronize this lying, cheating, sneak scam establishment ever again.
Parking: When it comes to free promotions, free parking is the only free thing you’re getting.

Nice, clean, and great variety of donut flavors. We asked for 4 specific salted caramel donut flavor, and ended up getting something else instead. We noticed until we were home, and we live 45 minute away. That’s the only “bad” thing about this place.

Food was good sad they said the hot light is only on from 6am-11am which sucks donkey butt. The guy at the window was really dull and uniformed didn’t allow me to add items while at the window.

Used drive thru . Quick service but coffee was terrible . Unfortunately not even hot. Donuts are very good .
Very clean establishment, I love how close the conveyor belts are , you can see all the fresh donuts and smells the place smells good , this was my first time here and I will be back but I was a little disappointed I purchased 2 of the Barbie specials and unfortunately didn’t get the Barbie box which was a total bummer and the employee didn’t even tell me , it’s ok I understand maybe from high demand the ran out but I did expect the Barbie box and only got regular boxes and the Barbie donuts where not placed nicely as advertised 😕 1 box was for the girls at work as the other for my 6 year old that loves Barbie and our family , I was a bit disappointed from the advertisement vs what I got but overall good fresh donuts and clean establishment .
Bought 4 dozens for over $100 and the supervisor said in very rude way , I have to charge you $.5 for the bag , very boor customer service
