I ordered and paid for in-store pickup at 11am for the Harry Potter donuts- pick up schedule for 3:30. We drove from Connecticut to New Jersey. This was part of a birthday gift along with a mall trip. They called at 3:17pm and said they were sold out. I asked how they could possibly be sold out if I ordered and paid for them. They said it’s “first come, first serve”! 1. What is the point of in-store pickup up then 2. You should inform customers that in the website and before ordering.
Worst part is they said they couldn’t refund me and I had to call corporate to request my money back for products they didn’t provide. This is thief and unethical business practices. I shouldn’t have to stay on the phone with corporate to request a refund to something you didn’t give me!!

Store was clean. Staff was nice. I mobile ordered and there was no sign for mobile pickup. Waited on line with everyone else. Then other ppl cut the line because they mentioned they ordered ahead and were taken care of right away. When I tried to mention I ordered ahead they basically told me to wait in line with everyone else. I also mobile ordered for 10:30am and didn't get to pick up till 11am because of traffic and my order still wasn't ready. So customer service was meh.

Man! Hogwarts! Donuts! Krispy Kreme! Amazing! Fuggedaboudit! This was so much fun. The donuts were fresh and the drinks were tasty! Rock on! The theme was set up awesome in the store and we needed to go back and get more. Go Krispy! Avada Kedabra!

I visited Krispy Kreme today around 12pm to purchase one dozen donuts and another mixed dozen using an offer from the app. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the poor service from our server, Christina. We were a bit confused about the ordering process, and when I asked her questions and requested a small change—switching from 8 original glazed donuts to 7—Christina shook her head, sighed, and made faces right in front of us, even though the donuts hadn’t been packed yet.

Communication is really important in customer service, and we weren’t asking for much—just a small adjustment. Yet the response we received felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. This interaction really affected our overall experience and left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this behavior, as customer service should reflect the welcoming, friendly brand Krispy Kreme is known for. Thank you.

I never had an issue with the establishment that was until I saw this lady I saw yesterday for July 4th and usually I always would get my order on time but this is the first time but she was being very uncooperative with I’ll told her my name 3-4 times and she said she didn’t see my name and but saw my order number and I told her I had somewhere to be and still ignored me and just started making my order I get that you guys were swamped but that is still no excuse to not forget my order which is why I made it earlier but it shows less passion she has for this place because like I said before I never had this issue before

You can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme. They don't do every donut that has a big franchise. How do you not love a place that will always have freshly made donuts

It is a shame that a franchise with delicious donuts is ruined by irresponsible staff that have poor customer service and no hygiene care. Staff literally re stock donuts in which customer’s return. The staff not only defended his actions but refused to name himself.
