I went to buy donuts and at that moment I needed to use the restroom. I went to the restroom and it was completely dirty, full of feces and smeared everywhere. So I informed the cashier, and he told me that I couldn’t use the employees’ restroom and that if I wanted to use a restroom, I had to go to the gas station.
Please, I am a customer. I am buying something at your establishment and needed to use the restroom
¿What kind of customer service is that? Dirty restrooms and employees giving such rude and insensitive responses.
As customers, how do you expect us to use such a dirty restroom? As customers, are we supposed to go use the gas station restroom if we need one?
What kind of customer service is this? Employees are there to provide good service and keep everything clean.

The donuts were fresh and great as usual, the staff was friendly. The only issue was our drinks weren't made right. I didn't complain because we did have a big order so I kind of felt bad.

Staff is rude and food is stale. Drive an extra few minutes and go to the other location!

We would like to send our appreciation to the KK employee working at the Paramus NJ location (inside Amazon Fresh) last 10/29/2025. We would like for the company to know that HE (I wrote his name on a paper and I lost it) is not just an excellent employee but also a great person. We brought our developmentally disabled clients in the store as our community activity and he was very patient and considerate with them. There was a little bit of a commotion (due to the nature of the client situation) but he remained calm and focused. We believe that he is a blessing not just to your company but also to the community. Again, thank you in behalf of the clients we are supporting.

The workers are like bland robots but they do their jobs and the food is the same as the other Krispy Kremes. I hate the Halloween decorations they had out yuck!
I’m not a big fan of donuts with filling but overall the standard donuts are pretty good for the mornings

Great service! I didn’t catch the name of the woman who attended me, however she seemed like she may have been a Manager based on her professionalism and standard she held the store to. I stopped in at 5am, hoping to get a chocolate glazed donut on the last day they were available, but unfortunately they weren’t ready yet. There were some on display, but she said she didn’t want to serve customers donuts that were below standard (which is okay, I understand!), so I order another item. Since I was there at opening, I figured I’d get an Original Glazed while they were still hot, and she gave to me one on the House! Maybe she felt bad she couldn’t give me the donut I originally wanted, but regardless, I’m very grateful and would recommend visiting this location! It’s nicely decorated and you can even see the donuts being made and glazed right in front of you! :)

I ordered and paid for in-store pickup at 11am for the Harry Potter donuts- pick up schedule for 3:30. We drove from Connecticut to New Jersey. This was part of a birthday gift along with a mall trip. They called at 3:17pm and said they were sold out. I asked how they could possibly be sold out if I ordered and paid for them. They said it’s “first come, first serve”! 1. What is the point of in-store pickup up then 2. You should inform customers that in the website and before ordering.
Worst part is they said they couldn’t refund me and I had to call corporate to request my money back for products they didn’t provide. This is thief and unethical business practices. I shouldn’t have to stay on the phone with corporate to request a refund to something you didn’t give me!!
