Kung Fu Tea

Ever since the Middle Aged lady with the glasses started making the drinks by herself, the quality and taste got so bad and mid. Compared to other locations and previous staff, the taste of my drinks almost have no flavor. Also she is so stingy with the topping add ons I pay for.

KF tea has good quality tea from Taiwan. I love the amorous smell and taste of black tea. They have many options, green tea, fruit tea etc. All are good.

Toppings are bubbles, nata jelly, red bean, mung bean, herbal jelly & pudding. I like nata jelly.

The staff are always nice and friendly. Very efficient. Usually we don’t have to wait long to get our drinks.

Quick and simple Kung Fu tea located as a middle of the walkway kiosk instead of a full-blown store; in the lower level, between the Macy's and Nordstrom. I personally think the tea is a bit too bitter, but you can add more sugar.

I decided to do a Too Good To Go order at this location as they had a few left and their pickup time was set for 8:30 p.m. When I arrived there at 8:30pm they told me to cancel the order and that they were closed at 8:00pm. (Keep in mind their hours on google show 11am-9pm) Then I told them I could not cancel the order on my end because they had to do it. Very rude and unprofessional.
Go to Gong Cha instead.

This is one of the original Kung Fu tea location that opened in GSP almost a decade ago. It’s on the first floor next to the Old Navy store. It’s mainly for take out, but there’s a table and some high chair available right in front of the stall. The shop is mostly clean.

It has been through its ups and down, but became more consistent over past couple of years. There used to be a time when bunch of kids ran the place, was total chaos. Now they have professional ones. I have been to this store several times in past few months. Ordering was quick and easy. Drinks were made super quick. Tea and jelly had good taste. Now they started selling some Kung Fu tea swags at the counter too.

very cute and clean kiosk! sweet staff and yummy drinks! those who have problems with their drinks ur most likely ordering it wrong lol, never had a problem, and they're sweet enough to fix any error! LUV KUNG FU FOREVER! ??

This place never fails to impress me with their consistency and amazing customer service! One of the employees, Aimee, was super helpful during my last visit by recommending me some of her favorite drinks and her cheerful attitude made my day! Will be back again!
