Very poor customer service the couple of women that work here do not know how to greet customers I feel very awkward every single time I buy from here even though I am forced to come here because it's the only Cafe spot in the area but if there was other ones I would gladly go to those instead of here everything up from the manager down to the least possible worker with their minimum wage are nothing but rude entitled individuals and this is why they will always probably always continue to have only these type of jobs that get them nowhere in life

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Especially for their crab bisque. Now this dish is extremely salty and it taste like they’ve added a lot of tomato sauce to it. I wish they would fix this. This is one of their best soups. Might be a new chef?

Perfect place and (coffee) to spend an hour waiting for your spouse. Coffee taste, staff’s expertise and vibe were all beyond acceptable!I got to try the drink of the day, merry mint mocha, and it was very satisfying.

Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee has awesome environment and fantastic place.
A regular stop of mine when I am at Garden State Plaza. The coffee is high quality and well made. The baristas are friendly and quick. I have had several of their pastries which are always delicious. Today I ordered the ham and Swiss croissant and it was perfect. I highly recommend waiting in line to get a little something to eat from eBar. The line moves quickly , but there is always a line here… which honestly says something in itself.
Yummy. I got a mocha latte, my sister got the lavender chai tea and my mom got a regular latte and they were all delicious. We shared a croissant which was also delicious. Baristas were very nice and friendly.
Everything is fresh, quality and delicious.

I passed by Nordstrom and remembered I didn’t take my coffee. I found e-bar a gourmet artisan cafe that serves absolutely the best coffee. As I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile from CHRIS. He was respectful and gave the cafe character. Thank you Chris and looking forward to seeing you again!
Nice and relaxing

I have been here many times and the food is the best part. I made a reservation for a late dinner and through the app there was a 8:45 and a 9:00. I booked the 8:45. When we got there, there was no customers and two employees sitting in the back in a booth. We stood there waiting for attention and neither came over. Then one got up and walked half way and said we are doing take out only. I asked “even with a reservation?” They said we don't have one. I showed them my phone confirmation and they looked and it was there. They said they had no idea. They asked us to wait while they called their boss. We waited a few minutes and they couldn't reach anyone. I said no thank you, we are going somewhere else. Sad experience considering the food is good!
Kind of reminds me of a busy little sidewalk cafe. It's located right in the entrance to Nordstrom's. Lots of tables to enjoy your coffee while waiting for a Nordstrom's shopper. Pretty much the similar fare as you would find at Starbucks although I prefer Ebar's coffee. Today I had a latte and, at my table, turned the anemic 'heart' pattern their barista gave me into a 'fish'. (See photos). Friendly staff.
I've always liked it here. I used to come here for a quick bite when I worked in the mall. IT's was definitely a lie safer when I only had 15 minutes to get some nourishment on my break. The ham & cheese croissant used to be a nice little gem and relatively inexpensive to comparable menu items at other spots in the mall but it looks like they've raised the price :-/. I still love the fudge royale cookie from here though and the staff is alway pleasant :).
My waiter Christopher hated his job! When he finally got to my table he mumbled something, could not understand him. Never eye contact. He was very slow. No water that I asked for. Never checked back about food or another drink. When I placed my card to pay he walked by 3 times without even noticing, looking. Surprised by The nonexistent service. French Dip was barely warm.
We arrived about 8pm and were immediately told that they would be closing soon. They seemed rushed and eager to close up. My husband's salmon was so dry that it was visibly dry from across the table and his accompanying side dish was freezing cold, like just out of the fridge. My onion soup was luke -warm and the cheese on top was not totally melted so that it was an inedible blob. The manager came by saw the problem and offered a free dessert ( really? a free dessert? my husbands dish should at least have been comped) I've eaten here for lunch and it was fine, not great but fine but I'd never eat here for dinner ( and probably not even lunch) again.
