Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The young woman who served us was very kind and attentive but the cutlery, like the food, had its mistakes, the serving plates were still wet, table knives with dried food residue, poorly washed, wet drinks when serving causing the table to get wet, it is in very bad taste to feel a dripping, wet glass or cup. We ordered some ravioli carbonara and they were completely dry, without any sauce and a top of super toasted and dry gratin cheese. I think they should pay more attention to the issue of plates and cutlery, just as when serving drinks make sure not to overflow the glasses and cups, it is very unpleasant.

Ordered $94 dollars worth of food from them online on 3/14/2025, they delivered everything except the soup and salad which was $11.99, I called them to complain the lady on the phone said to me oh I’m sorry we have the bag here with your name on it, she asked for my permission to open it, I told her go ahead and she said oh it’s here, we will refund you in 3 days, it’s been going on almost 2 weeks and no refund , called back and a man answered the phone and stated that he would make sure that I was refunded , still nothing, thank god I used PayPal , never again will I order anything online with Olive Garden..it’s a shame a big company like Olive Garden taking peoples money , you would think that only small companies/ restaurants do this type of thing…SMH Olive Garden at 1620 Bergen Town Center, Paramus NJ

Last time, I ordered ravioli, and I added shrimp and scallops. They were both burned, and the food tasted really bad. All you need to do is clean the pan so that it doesn't burn the food.

Highly disappointed. In town for business, and I felt like OG has always been good no matter what location - well last night was terrible. I ordered delivery which took over an hour, which I was quoted so no issue there. My drink was missing, and my entree was ice cold, and looked like it had sat out on the counter. I tried calling but no answer on the phones. I submitted a survey which said the restaurant would reach out and they never did. Shame on this location.

On Sunday 3/16/25 i place an order for pick up. Seafood pasta I added broccoli ,and in my notes I asked for extra sauce. I also order for dessert cheese cake with the strawberry and whipped cream. Trusted that my order will be right which was terrible on my end. I waited about 5 minutes once i arrived . Nice sever cane out asked my name I confirm and pull off. Only to get home. My pasta was so dry I had to whip up some butter and garlic, and other seasonings to give it some flavor . Then to top it off my cheese cake was just that no strawberries nor cream. Just a waste of about 40 dollars and gas.

The food was typical of the Olive Garden franchise. Service was slow. Waitress offered more soup but never came back with it. Also felt rushed to leave.

Came here last night with my 2 kids. Celina was such a sweet attentive server! Made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often! Great food and service

No good costumer services on the front desk

I got my usual Strawberry Passion fruit Limonata, but not fruit… the drink was warm, they completely skimped on all the appetizers giving us barely any at all. And my meal was god awful, never order their carbonara. Worst dinner honestly, do ho here anymore, it just sucks now

My second time. Very average at best, but very reasonable. Men's room was dirty both times. Wife did not particularly enjoy her meal. Again average at best.

The soup, salad, and breadsticks hit the spot every time.
The cocktails and desserts are awesome as well.
