This is where we went for tea after dinner. This place also serves meals. It's self-service, so the price is cheap, and the space is spacious and reasonably private, so it's a good place to have a conversation. The parking lot is very large, making it highly convenient in many ways.

You have to make your own coffee from urns. Coffee is cold most of time. I go because they have a large back room to meet friends.

Abandon Ship

I made a rapid pick up order and was told I could pick it up at 12:20. I was still waiting at 1:00 for my order. I don't know how people order food on their lunch breaks and get back to work in time. Almost an hour wait time for my food and still counting, this is ridiculous.

Panera bread is one of my favorite places to get breakfast and/or lunch but this morning I went to this location and their ovens are such a turn off. They are in desperate need of cleaning. It’s this kind of stuff that makes me want to go elsewhere. When it is very obvious to the customer that their appliances are in desperate need of cleaning. It’s not sanitary! They place people’s food inside uncovered. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is where I say whoever’s managing this location really needs to take a close look at the decor and the appliances so that when customers come in, they feel very comfortable that their food is being placed in ovens and warmers that are clean.

Normally I always come here and study but this time is little different from others. I saw the new sandwich in the menu and before ordered I wanna sure is it halal as a muslim. I asked the checker is that halal? The checker was so polite and say to me let me check and ask the advisor right behind him. The advisor say it loudly what is “Halal”?kinda offensive tone. After that I explained the concept after that the checker say it is halal dont worry. idk this time i was felt not so welcome.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Panera Bread on Route 4 in Paramus, NJ (Cafe #601475). I placed my order via the kiosk and ended up waiting for 30 minutes, only to find out they didn’t have my order. When I asked the staff for assistance, the worker I spoke to was extremely rude—not just to me, but also to her co-worker.

Despite my efforts to remain calm and explain that I wasn’t trying to be difficult, I simply wanted to know the status of my order. Instead of offering any help or an apology, the worker dismissed my concerns and escalated the situation by telling me to "go ahead, get your refund."

This is the first time I've experienced such poor service at Panera Bread, and it was very hurtful. I truly hope that Panera Bread retrains their staff, especially at this location, to ensure that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.
