Food was amazing. Place is really clean. I have only been there in the mornings so I can’t really testify for later during the day. You can choose to order ahead or in person. They also have a self ordering station. Nice place for a meeting as well they have a lot of different seating areas. If you are a large group don’t worry, trust me, they got a room for you if it’s not taken.

The staff at this location were kind while working through a heatwave with NO air conditioning. It was an oven in this store but they were all smiles and just happy. Their AC had just broke down.

The sole reason I am leaving this review is out of pure and utter shock and disgust at Panera’s general manager, and others involved in the decision to allow Panera’s workers to continue to work yesterday, on one of the hottest days of the summer to date, with no AC in their store. Yesterday I went to Panera at around noon, when temperatures were over 100°F, though it surely felt worse to the staff making sandwiches in front of a hot oven. Most people turned around when they realized the AC was off, but these workers were forced to stay. I would hope that Panera either rectifies this issue immediately, with the immediate re installation of the AC, or allows their workers to stay home today, June 24, 2025, which will be equally as hot as yesterday. While I hate to leave one star because Panera’s staff has always treated me phenomenally and the food has always been excellent, I know this is unfortunately the only way to force higher management to understand the unworkable and inhumane conditions they are putting their staff through.

The rudest manger that I ever met I just completed about the soup because it was the second time that it didn’t come as It should come and he was being so rude so disrespectful to me and to my mom the soup had the consistency of a water and vegetables on top it was supposed to be creamy and not like water

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food on 5//2/25. I ordered the Chicken salad with walnut and cranberries and a 1/2 sandwich along with a Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad. The Chicken Salad sandwich was inedible as it was doused with mayonnaise, a minimal amount of shredded chicken, and virtually no walnuts or cranberries. It tasted horrible and looked nothing like the big photo displayed by the order counter. Additionally, the Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad had no strawberries and instead mandarin oranges and the salad bowl was half full and there was very little lettuce. The counter staff was rude when asked about the sizes of the drinks but I left a tip despite his poor customer service. The people making the food were having conversations about their families and personal lives and there was trash and dishes left on the tables. I had to throw away my food and i will not be going back to those locations. Extremely disappointed as I am a regular Panera customer. I don’t understand how thin location is 4 stars.
