I don't usually pay attention to the difference between the menu picture and the actual food served, but what I received was outrageous.

Came in at 8am for a hot soup then was told they don’t serve soup until 10 am and i didn’t see anything of the sort posted , i would recommend that management make that more well known i would’ve saved myself a drive

Great location, service and food. You can't go wrong with Pick Two at Panera. I've just about had every combination now. I'm not a big fan of Panera coffee but I like that you have several variety to choose from. I mix them all these days. Plenty of seats here but I bring my work to stay after lunch.

can’t believe how rude the lady was to me. for starters i got my good to go and it wasn’t made that way. i politely told her i got my food to go that’s when she started giving me a attitude. she also forgot to give me the chips that i ordered so i told her politely i ordered chips, puts the chips across the side of the counter where i can barley reach. I was not rude to her once, don’t work at places if you’re going to give attitude to kind strangers. she seriously needs to work on herself!!

The food and drink quality has improved so much from over a few years ago. My beef dipper sandwich and creamy chicken and rice soup were both very good. I'll take Panera over Starbucks any day.

Placed an order, got a message that it will be ready by a certain time and they are running 15 mins late already.. the delivery time that gets generated seems to be automated, driven by a backend system once an order is placed. Highly recommend them to alter the delivery time which is realistic so they dont waste people’s time and secondly not put an unnecessary pressure on the people assembling the food to do a shabby job of merely assembling the food.. not a good experience!!

All of the staff seem to care more about their personal conversations than working here.
I’m at the front counter waiting to order. The staff member is looking right at me and doesn’t even bother to take my order or even come to the counter.
The manager is not in uniform and is talking sports with the customer instead of working.
Their food is good for the price. The service can be little slow or some space not as clean. It is an excellent place to meet someone for a long time or to study. There is large space to sit and nobody bothers you to leave.

This restaurant needs a overhaul. The floors , Tables where so dirty every step my shoes squeak. All coffe urns empty. For the price at least cleanliness should be a requirement.
