My granddaughter had her wedding reception planned there for October 12,2025. They closed 30 days before and will not return her money.
This company closed multiple locations cancelling people’s events and keeping the deposits. The same thing could happen to you if you book at another location that ends up closing during their bankruptcy. They were taking deposits for events up to the day before they closed locations. Pinstripes needs to do the right thing and refund all deposits for cancelled events.
I put a $1048 deposit down there for a company event. Now I just get an automated message saying I can rebook at another Pinstripes location. The closest one is 8 hours away. No response to calls or emails
My daughter had her wedding at your Northbrook location on 8/4/25. From the point of discussing the space, to reviewing the contract, to discussing options, to answering ALL of our questions, to the tasting, to the day of, our event coordinator (not sure that's her specific title) Amanda was nothing short of stellar. She was patient, thorough, and accommodating ensuring that my daughter was comfortable in a very important time of her life. Our event captain (again not sure of her title) Kylie also was amazing -- handling each of our requests quickly and pleasantly. These two ladies are an asset to your company & should be commended for their fantastic work ethic. All the event staff from the bartenders, to servers, to bus boys were pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious as well. Our event was amazing & memorable largely due to the associates we interacted with. Unfortunately, there was one negative experience that will always be the caveat to me providing a stellar recommendation of your company. Our contract included us having access to the Badiola Room (bridal suite) for set up as of 230p. When the family (not the bride thank goodness) arrived at the venue at 345p ish, there was a man sitting in that room & we were not allowed access. Turns out, the man was the CEO of your organization and even after being notified that your customers/clients had arrived, we were told he needed a few more minutes. He did finally vacate the room after 4pm. It was clear to me by that interaction that the CEO does not have a customer first mentality nor any respect for the fact that we had spent thousands of dollars to host my daughter's wedding at your venue. I'm fairly sure this concern will fall on deaf ears since the issue was with the CEO himself, however, I do feel it needed to be brought to your attention. Your Northbrook location will get nothing but rave reviews from me to friends and family for the food & local staff with the caveat about the lack of leadership from the very top.
Staff goes above and beyond. Facility is clean and food is great!
My girlfriend and I had brunch at the Beachwood location and for some reason our assigned server was not being attentive. Terry the employee with the twisted hair made us feel very welcomed .
Great experience celebrating a milestone. The lanes were clean area clean and server was 100%. Highly recommend the venue.

Cute place, with staff that makes guest feel dehumanized! If you don't leave a deposit now, if you don't sign the contract today, somebody else is going to come and take your space, we need your money now you have to pay now, Mandatory gratuity is 23% now! You want to bowl? Its $150PP an hour!! 6 ppl go bowling? Its $1200? Seriously? Thats the price of a porsche! For the month. Speaking to the staff, they are in a pressure cooker to get you to commit in writing to a contract that binds you and hems you up. Their parties are only three hours long and if you want bowling, it's $1800 per hour 4 people. I wish I could post the contract that they gave me! RUN like FOREST because this place Came to Bergen County New Jersey to the community off. This is the worst experience I have had in a long time!

This was my first time here and it was a great experience. Our server Tiago was amazing and you can see the passion he has on making sure that we had a great experience. When we arrived we were told that all the food is made to order from scratch with fresh ingredients and you can tell that is true. The music they were playing was on point the whole time we were there, it was like they knew I was going to show up that night lol. I will 100% be back and I will bring as many of my friends and family that I can because I want them to experience this place as well.

Save your time and money service is horrible, wait time for food to come out was even worse but to order appetizers and entrees and then wait 35 minutes for food to come out thinking I should get my appetizers first to enjoy that was not the case. Server never came over once to ask how everything was not refill out drinks. I would understand if it was busy but lunchtime on a Monday come on Never Again!!!!

Went for Saturday brunch and had a terrible experience. Walked in and was ignored for 10 minutes, 3 employees at the front desk all looked confused. Once we were seated, the hostess told us they longer have bottomless mimosas. I was immediately annoyed because that was one of the reasons we went there. As of 4/27 it is still advertised as bottomless on the website. After sitting down, we go to the buffet’s waffle station. 2 employees are standing there and we are once again not acknowledged or greeted for at least 10 minutes. When we go back to our seats, we found out a waitress had seated another party at our table even after being told by a nearby table, that we had just gone to get food. The food was mediocre, waffles were uncooked in the middle. Never had a chance to try the drinks because our waiter never came to the table. I flagged down someone for water, got the check and left immediately. We were only charged for one meal but it doesn’t make up for the terrible service and organization of the entire restaurant.

To say the least, it was super different the ambience the atmosphere the decorum they all played beautiful parts with each other. They complement it the entire integrity of this establishment. The food was acceptable, I have a tomato allergy. That’s the only reason I fell down about it and almost everything was like Italian to me. Beyond that, pinstripes is amazing.
Parking: There was a huge parking lot there because it’s attached to the mall but because it’s attached to the mall, there was barely any parking. I had locked up with a parking spot that someone was coming right out of as I pulled up. If you go be prepared to walk, from where your parking spot may be.
Kid-friendliness: It was a 13 year old having a bday party there (happy bday Liam) so I believe it caters to all ages.

Busy on a Sunday but I love the concept of a fancy bruch with fast food. It's buffet style but flavorful nonetheless. The waffles are so fluffy and delicious.
