I went there today and I love new store design and space. But I was not happy with my service. Normally you are greeted when walking up to the register. There was a gentleman who took my order but never said hi or not great with communication. Didn’t even ask for my name. The barista gentlemen wasn’t very friendly either or friendly and the girl seemed a little overwhelmed. But what struck me was a woman walked in the store waited at the register for someone to take her order...
staff was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about products and Starbucks reward programs
music was a teeny bit loud but it did not take away from the overall great atmosphere and experience at this store which exceeded the typical Starbucks expectation is my first impression as a longtime Starbucks customer so congratulations to staff and management for standing out especially in this area of new jersey

We went in to this SB to get a cake pop for our daughter. This is the first I have been to this store. I was pleasantly surprised how huge it was inside. They had so many tables for indoor dining, all were super clean and glossy. I have rarely seen such spacious SB store. The merchandise shelf was close the register, but the condiment bar area was close to the entrance door.
There was no line front of us. We went straight to the register to order the cake pop....
