They have the best Burgers that we have had in a long time! Cooked the way we asked, fresh lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun. Large portion. Great service and very friendly! Will definitely be back!

We've eaten here dozens of times. The food has always been consistently good. Last trip and today it was just mediocre. Our granddaughters both ordered grilled cheese. Both plates were dry toast with mostly un-melted cheese slices.
The waiter never came to ask how our food was. (No. It wasn't especially busy.) We pointed out the sandwiches when he brought the check. And he literally shrugged.
Very disappointing.

I love Diners, and Tom Sawyers is a great example of what traditional family owned diners represent. Friendly welcoming staff, great food selection and a manager/owner who has an ear / eye to proactively talk to patrons.
