Service was quick and easy. We got the new fun smore pretzels to share. It was creative and unique. They tasted pretty good. The customer service wasn't anything amazing but also wasn't anything awful either. Just kind of your regular run of the mill pretzel shop. Was a little pricey at $9 for pretzels but is what it is.
We've been coming to this location since it opened. The staff is terrific. Unlike the Wetzel's at the Garden State Plaza and Palisades Mall, without asking they give us forks and plenty of napkins so we can share our cinnamon bites! Thank you to the staff!!!

Ordered a lemonade I noticed that she did not fill the cup all the way I asked her To top off, she put the cup by the machine, fake like she filled it and then closed it
this is why I will not be tipping at stores like this. This woman act like it was going to kill her, cause the store to shut down. By topping off a cup that she should be doing anyway
