Yogybee Paramus

We had Yogybee cater one of our events and they were fantastic. The wraps, salads, and smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and everything arrived on time and set up seamlessly. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was.

Horrible service from owner/manager. She’s always rushing customers out and gives one napkin per customer. You’re not allowed to ask for another napkin (although napkins are paper thin)
When you need another her reply is “I gave you one”
She treats her employees horribly. Constantly yelling at them, which explains the turnover all the time. She does not have management skills and worse of all- basic manners.

Wouldn’t recommend, service is not good. I had ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Club wraps, which should have been a simple order but for some reason it got messed up 3 different times. First time, I was understanding, they thought I had ordered a Caesar wrap. They said they would fix it. Second time, they only fixed one of the wrap and I told them I asked for two. Despite THEM being the ones to mess up, they still charged me extra because they originally charged me for a Caesar wrap. I paid, despite getting annoyed because mistakes happen. However, the third time the worker brought out 1 new wrap and said that the old second wrap was actually the correct one just labeled incorrectly. As I was walking out with my friend I told her “I bet they just said they labeled it wrong so that we wouldn’t open it until we’re too far away to come back and it’s actually STILL WRONG”. And as I predicted when we got to my car, my friend’s wrap was still wrong.

Would not recommend this place again and I won’t be coming back. We were understanding, reassuring the workers that mistakes happen, yet they still not only charged us more after messing up 3 times but still got it wrong in the end. All this over such a simple order.

Who would have thought a salad bar could be so surprising with wings! I tried the new wings soy garliec on the menu, and honestly, they're a welcome revelation. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned with a seasoning that strikes the perfect balance between classic and bold. I love it

Yogy Bee is such a fun spot for a sweet treat! Their frozen yogurt is delicious—creamy, smooth, and with just the right amount of tartness. They offer a wide variety of flavors and toppings, from fresh fruits to candies and syrups, so it’s easy to customize your cup just the way you like it.

The place is clean, bright, and has a friendly vibe. The staff is super welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re craving something refreshing after a meal or just want a light dessert, Yogy Bee is a great go-to. I’ll definitely be back!

I visited here two days ago and had the chicken sandwich—it was really good. The chicken was cooked well, nice and tender, and the sandwich had good flavor overall. I think everything tasted fresh and was put together nicely. The environment was pleasant and clean, with a comfortable atmosphere.

The old lady Korean is very disrespectful despite we are a return client and even paid high tips previously due to her Spanish coworker were very nice. Terrible manager and worst customer service! Trust me, do not come here ever again. She speaks in an insulted and sarcastic tone despite we’re here to spend money.

The Korean old lady is extremely rude! Speak with no respect and I have paid for the juice asking for a straw, she replied with unwelcome tone and throw the straw to me and tell me never ever walk to their shop again. Hello? I’m here to spend money

The manager is a rude and obnoxious Asian lady who has a bad attitude . I have stopped going there and so have some of my colleagues because of her. Don’t step in you will be greeted with this rude lady .

The manager of this Yogybee is incredibly rude. Not only did she scream at us over the phone when we tried to order but when we physically came to the location she began to fight with us and scream again.

It is an absolute shame that the associate had to apologize on her behalf.

There are more than 2 reviews in regards to the treatment. This location needs to heavily reconsider their management.

If this is how she treats her customers I can only imagine how she treats her staff. As somebody who is in management, I would never in my life treat or talk to anybody in the manner she did.

This place used to be a go to spot for me and my coworker but the woman/manager of the place is super rude. Everytime we go they only give one napkin at a time and give you a look as if you’re bothering them when you ask for more than one. They also charge the same price to add extra dressing in the sandwich/salad as to get a big soufflé cup on the side. This will definitely be my last time having lunch here.
