What a gem! Perfect spot to catch up, unwind, and just vibe. The drinks? Delicious and easy on the wallet. I tried the chocolate chip waffle—so good! Ample seating options: couches, bar stools and tables, outdoor seating. Service was spot-on, super friendly and welcoming. Friendly crew, good energy all around.

Street parking available.

Been here a few times and solid drinks every time. Highly recommend the vanilla sugar belgian waffle (which is made to order so takes time but worth the wait, hot and fresh). Good service each time we have gone.

Lived here all my life and have never been here. Owner Marissa is so nice and was glad to share her story. Coffee and atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely be back here with my friends!! 100% if you live in the area give this place a try.
